Jan 30,2020i wld tell all who read this review. we did the right thing and contacted a local supplier of this gas hot water system. the price that g store offered was so much cheaper we had enough left over to have a plumber fit it. how good is that. but better still ordered a thursday,despatched friday, we recd on vic/nsw border town the next tuesday with monday being a public holiday, such good service, pleasant staff. i wld recommend g stores to anyone in my village or town if their hot water system needs to be replaced. tocumwal, nsw

Jan 29,2020I received my hot water unit with damage ( looked like transport damage) contacted the guys rom the store and they asked for photos highlighting the damage and replaced it no questions asked . Great customer service and would highly recommend them.
