The pricing and service are above average. Very happy with my Rinnai Controller which was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Just thought the delivery charge was a little excessive ($24) for such a small, light item.

Item was out of stock when ordered, but there was no indication of this on the website. Email from G-Store explained the situation, but I would have bought elsewhere if I'd known that immediate supply was a problem. Eventual delivery okay.

Happy with the price of the item, and the early dispatch of it. Less impressed with your choice of courier. I’ll continue to purchase items from your company but hope your courier comes under review or that the purchaser gets a multiple choice of transport options. Quite happy otherwise Mike
