I called into your East Malvern store on the hop to see if I could get a new screw cap for a Davey Pool pump - our pool guy was being a bit 'slow' (2 weeks) & locating the part elsewhere had been a tad problematical. I have to say I cannot remember the last time I received such good service. Alex could not have been more courteous or helpful. I got the part right there & then - pool fixed beautifully for Christmas. Alex, you are a STAR!!!
