I knew of them because of their shop based in my home town and after a recommendation from a friend decided to look on their website for a 3/4 guitar as I had been interested in getting one for some time! The ordering process was quick and easy and when I had questions about the delivery process/tracking I got a very quick, helpful and friendly response. The guitar arrived on time, as described and in perfect condition and looks and sounds amazing! Highly recommend guitar galleries!

Mar 08,2021This is the first time I have shopped at Guitar Galleries and it certainly won't be the last. I was looking to purchase a Fender Vintera 60's Jaguar and Guitar Galleries were the only place that seemed to have one in stock. I loved the fact that I could see pictures on the website of the actual guitar I would be buying as most places don't do that. Matt was very helpful throughout the buying process which was great because you don't always get such great service from some places. The guitar arrived the next day and was absolutely superb. I look forward to dealing with Guitar Galleries again in the future.

Mar 08,2021Bought a Gibson Les Paul online, delivered the next day, very well packaged and the guitar was set up perfectly. Aftersales customer service has been great, I've called up and been given advice on maintenance for a small issue I was having with my guitar (not their fault) and their advice immediately fixed the problem. Would definitely purchase from them again, even though I'm 200 miles south!

Mar 04,2021I ordered a 12 string guitar late on Saturday night. The guitar was delivered to me in Edinburgh on Tuesday. Only a couple of strings needed retuning, which is pretty good for a 12 string. I'm very happy with the guitar and the service was hassle free. I would be happy to recommend 'Guitar Galleries'.
