As well as our physical store on the Flemingate Shopping Centre, we run an online store that delivers worldwide a huge range of quality guitars, acoustic guitars and bass guitars. We are delighted to offer products from Gibson, Fender, Taylor, Epiphone, Guild, PRS, Rickenbacker, Godin and many more. As an independent family run business and as a small team, we strive to offer a quality, efficient and personable service online and in our shop.

Bought a Gibson Les Paul Standard. Spoke to the guys in the shop - extremely helpful and called me back when asked. Then ordered on line. Really pleased with the service - unbelievable pleased with the guitar! Well packed - arrived when they said it was and it was even in tune! No hesitation in buying from these guys again

Having played the guitar for more years than I care to remember I was looking to extend my understanding of jazz guitar. A hollow-bodied guitar with flat-wound strings produces a very different tone from a solid bodied guitar. However, there aren't that many quality guitars available at a sensible price. I had been searching for a while then stumbled upon a Guitar Galleries advert. My Godin 5th Avenue Jazz is in excellent condition, was packed well and arrived safely strung with a fresh set of strings. The ability to get interest-free credit made the purchase a no-brainer. I am very, very happy with my purchase.

I contacted the store with regards to purchasing a Guild F-55 in Antique Burst. This is a high end guitar, well over £3k. The sales staff were excellent with good product knowledge. I spoke with the manager, agreed a price, then went on to purchase using their online finance company. Everything went through and the guitar was shipped on the day I asked for. The guitar is fantastic, as described and the service I have received has been superb. If you like something from Guitar Galleries, don’t hesitate, buy it, you are properly looked after by this company. Thanks

Great customer service, timely delivery (it got dispatched half an hour after I ordered!) and beautiful guitar. Only reason for four stars and not five is because my guitar came with a noticeable scratch on it (I have managed to remove most of it but some of it I am unable to, but I assume it came like this from the box). Otherwise, great service all around!
