As well as our physical store on the Flemingate Shopping Centre, we run an online store that delivers worldwide a huge range of quality guitars, acoustic guitars and bass guitars. We are delighted to offer products from Gibson, Fender, Taylor, Epiphone, Guild, PRS, Rickenbacker, Godin and many more. The ukulele was delivered in good time however we experienced problems with the tuning which resulted in 3 broken A strings. Communications with the company did not resolve the issue. And we have been charged £11.70 for return postage. Not good news beware a metal body with nylon strings is a no no

Guitar was very keenly priced and arrived very quickly, being well packaged and in brand new condition as expected. What’s not to like about this service ? Guitar plays better amplified through my amp than acoustically, as the tone does not have great depth, but this is to be expected from a budget range guitar and it will serve its purpose well. Quality of build is very good but I would suggest getting the guitar set up as the action out of the box is a little too high for my liking.

I bought this guitar online and was unable to get to the shop to try it out. When it arrived I was very pleased to see the picture of it online had been taken of the actual guitar I had just received.

Delivered quickly, packed well. My only concern is that these items (Oasis OH-1 Guitar Humidifiers) need refilling with Humigel water absorbing crystals and Guitar Galleries don't sell the refills, and the advert didn't say they are needed. In fact no one in the UK sells refills at a price comparable with $7 in the US. The only refill I could find was for a ridiculous £34 from Amazon.

DPD took 10 days from England to Austria, but most importantly, the instrument arrived well-packed and in perfect shape. Guitar Galleries made a good job. They offered the best price I could find on the internet. The instrument itself (Gretsch Laydie Belle banjo) is well made, the stain of the wood being a matter of taste, but I like it. The sound exploded when I replaced the bridge with a better one. One tiny thing: the wrench for tightening the head does not fit. Thank you.
