As well as our physical store on the Flemingate Shopping Centre, we run an online store that delivers worldwide a huge range of quality guitars, acoustic guitars and bass guitars. We are delighted to offer products from Gibson, Fender, Taylor, Epiphone, Guild, PRS, Rickenbacker, Godin and many more. Over the moon with this guitar, all others exiled to cases including Les Paul, Strat etc. Walked into the shop, saw the Crimson range on display and picked up the one with a hole in it! Action whisper close and to die for Bare Knuckle Abraxus pups and a history of the build, along with info placed on you tube showing my actual knotted alder being selected by Mike Dunn, all culminated in a very unique buying experience for me. A true one off guitar, reasonably priced. Can't rate Crimson or Mike at Guitar Galleries highly enough.. Playing mine through the Atomic Amplifier and a Blackstar HT5 Anniversary 2#10 tube amp.

After reading some of the good reviews about the Roland Micro Cube I decided to buy one to take abroad with me. I searched Google and couldn't believe that I could get one delivered from "Guitar Galleries" for only £85. I gave them a bell to confirm the price and received some great advice from the guy in the shop. I placed the order right away and was given an approximate date for delivery as they were out of stock for the one I wanted. The amp was delivered within a few days allowing for the Bank Holiday. The sound that comes out of this tiny little amp is unbelievable. It's small enough to fit in my Easyjet hand luggage and loud enough to annoy the neighbours. Perfect. Thanks Guitar Galleries for a very pleasant transaction. I'll definitely be back for more gear.

I bought this as a retirementt present to my self on the recomendation of a young. Work colleague who owns & plays a fender strat .Guitar galleries was the cheapest around by far though this no way reflected in the service.The Yamaha Pacifica i chose was an upgrade on the basic model.It arrived within 3 days set up & adjusted just as I like. Would recomend for great customer service & product quality.

Good friendly service without the sales patter. Willing to open up boxes of goods to clarify the exact content without second guessing. When stock was not available, they tried to see what they could do to help me out.

ordered plectrums from this company and although i was in no panic to receive order i waited for 13 days and then decided to phone. my complaint was dealt with promptly and i received order 1st thing the following morning.however i would still use this company

I used Google shopping search to find a distortion pedal and they came up as one of the best prices. Paid right away and everything seemed fine (the page said they had about 11 in stock). Then it took about a week before they decided to tell me they don't have the pedal and issue a refund. They obviously knew they didn't have any and only left a PayPal note on the issue. Since then they have made sure the item is not listed / indexed by Google which I suppose is something to their credit. Still, not impressed by how long it took when they clearly knew they didnt have the item anymore.
