Their going the extra mile has converted me from a maybe-repeat customer to someone who will definitely look at their site first in the future. Can't rate them highly enough! Plus my Fender Mustang bass arrived for my birthday in immaculate shape and ready to play.

May 08,2022Took my guitar (not brought from them) in as I was having some issues with it. They quickly figured out what the issue was, and whilst I went for a coffee they fixed it. I managed to lose the wife for a while and so took the opportunity to try out one of the guitars in the shop. They were more than happy to plug it in to an amp so I could try it. No pressure to buy. They didn’t even laugh at my basic chord playing. I even got some free playing advice whilst I was there. A great selection of guitars over the two floors. Could happily spend a day or two there trying out some guitars. Thank you.
