I would advise not to take your child who has a disability. I provided my letter for Disability Allowance to gain a fast tracked wristband but was told I needed to provide a letter of his diagnose of his disability. My son has now been depressed for two days after his visit.
Gullivers land Milton Keynes Not worth the high entry fees Que que que for rides Place is disgusting filthy dirty Gardens completely overgrown no maintance at all Rides do not look safe As for the food well I would not even give my dog that rubbish 2 kids burgers 2 adult burgers 4 drinks. £ 60 Toilets completely filthy As for staff All young teenagers not a clue what there doing This place is absolutely and totally rubbish dangerous health and safety should shut this place down Don’t waist you money and risk you’re health don’t go here Shop floor a walking hazourdous night mere Tried to complain to mamangement to no avail
Went Wednesday 26th of August it was very crowded ques were around 2 hours long waited well over a hour half for rollercoaster to be told having technical difficulties won't be returning waste of money
The slushy machines gave both my children food poisoning. When I've tried to contact them to ask that the offending machine is cleaned, I've been completely ignore on all occasions. Have fun, but don't buy a slushy!
We stayed for short break in milton Keynes Kids loved our pirate lodge for 6 ppl but mostly annoying was no doors on our bedroom and special in toilet - no privacy at all-so much stressful for using toilet, but I was completely mad about castle restaurant - only one available - food completely unacceptable special prises payed £50 for 2 adults and 3 kids - of rubbish fast food
We took my 5 year old Grandson and had a wonderful time. This park is great for young children. All the staff were lovely but Andrew on the Kites ride stood out for us. Went above and beyond to help us on and off the ride and was really polite and pleasant… What an asset to you he is! See you again at Christmas 😃
Rude staff refused my austium sin with band when I showed them proof of it still wouldn't give me one he was so upset manged get him on few rides but staff rude
Letting too many people in! Four rides managed in three hours due to long queues. Food and drink awful prices. Never again sadly.
Not worth the £90 entry fee. Rides are ok, the staff let me and my 9 year old on a ride together, yet when we went back for a second go, they refused to let us on together saying he was an inch too tall. That didnt seem to matter the first time and the staff member was very rude when I questioned him about it. My son was too scared to go on his own so he missed out on a second go after queueing for 20 mins. Card machines weren't working so couldn't buy anything, not even a bottle of water, as I didn't have cash. None of the eateries were open for proper hot food, the only option was hot dog stands or ice cream. For those who haven't been before, there are lots of hills and steps round the park and no disabled parking near the entrance (disabled parking is at the bottom of a very steep hill apparently....), not ideal for anyone with even minor mobility issues like my son has. I wouldn't recommend the place or return in the future.
Went hear matlock one 27th June 2023. Bearing in mind we live next to the new one at rotherham. Which I think was great. I didn't think a great deal to this one. The rides seem realy old and dated there's hardly any actual rides. Lots of little tikes parks all over. Best ride was a drop treetop ride the rest wasn't that good. The ice cream was rubbish its just fell off the cone or melted straight away. The doughnuts was hard and greesy. All in all I wouldn't go to this one again. I didn't think it warranted the money charged and felt we had just been to a play park. It was all very low budget drive that few miles more and go to the resort at sheffield its alot better
Went with my four year old , cost nearly 50 pounds , son was sick as soon as we went in so had to leave straight away , wrote an email as soon as arriving home only to be told should have told someone on departure ( with a sick four yr old throwing up ? ) disgusting
Can’t even find someone with any 1p pieces. Got a stupid 1p piece machine that you can flatten into a dinosaur imprint. God only knows why they’d have the stupid thing if they can’t provide penny pieces. As children can’t understand why they can’t get one. It’s just a wind up. Coffee shop didn’t have any, Toy shop didn’t have any as well as one of the drinks kiosks and I went to the main reception who don’t have any or any sort of idea on what to do. Have they really not got any or just not being helpful.. or Simple? I don’t know. As they get £1 for nothing in my eyes Breakfast I wouldn’t bother. Don’t cater for Kids who most prefer scrambled egg. It’s a rip off for what you get, and don’t risk putting the cheap sauce on their sandwiches and spoiling the whole sandwich The rides aren’t too bad. The rooms aren’t even too bad for shipping containers
As a whole this pace just felt outdated and not looked after. Attractions are old and rickety. The dinosaurs and overall park are run down. But I guess you get what you pay for. Staff seemed friendly enough but had hardly any interaction with them. Sign posts are minimal. No where to leave your pushchair or signs for anything really through out the park. Not ideal to have a whiff of diesel fill the park from the boat ride. The whole place needs an overhaul to bring it more in to the modern age. The animals were minimal for a “working farm”. There were more fibreglass caricatures of animals than actual animals. And the reptile house I think I saw 1 lizard. But again that was unmanned so children were able to run riot and tap glass as they pleased. Not great conditions. Unfortunately won’t be returning.
Lovely park budget friendly amazing at catering for people with a disability all staff very friendly. Kids enjoyed it food outlets have improved massively will definitely visit again .
After creating an account and having to fill out a billing address my checkout did not complete because of a 404 error. I tried different browsers and devices, but all yielded the same result. This is especially annoying, because we were told that online reservation is required, so we cannot just buy a ticket at the counter. I tried the chat function as well to ask for help, but the chat window doesn't seem to work either. It just shows plain white. So don't waste your time on this.
Just returned from an amazing experience at gullivers world, we got an offer 2 adults and 4 children for a play and stay for £150, the park wasn’t to busy and the kids had a brilliant time. We stayed in one of the western lodges overnight, it was beautiful, warm and spotless. Had meal in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and value for money. I’ve got to mention the hospitality from staff was excellent especially from lisa and Nicola they couldn’t do enough for you. We took the kids across to the entertainment room to watch a film, they also received free milk and cookers. Fantastic day and night would definitely return.
Don't think it is value for money especially when half of the rides my granddaughter couldn't go on so maybe they should review the prices why should you pay full price and not be able to go on a lot of stuff
Warrington Rebecca (Staff) is an amazing person who will make your childrens experience more magical then already felt. Staff are welcoming. The whole day was amazing children had a lovely experience. I have attended gullivers world since 2010 throughout the years, including, held birthday parties within the splash zone. They did not fail to make my daughter's day a magical experience. Since then a number of rides/attractions have been added to the Park. I am suprised with all that has been added. The park is amazing. My daughters are excited and can not wait to experience the new ride which is soon to open this spring. An amazing day out for children/familys. Thank you for giving my daughter's a beautiful experience they enjoyed their visit & will be back.
I attended Gulliver's Land Milton Keynes with my friends and family on Saturday, 4th March - 5th March (stay and play) for my autistic daughters birthday. I initially booked three Safari lodges on 25th January. After making my booking, I realised that not all lodges came with a cooking facility. I called up to confirm if there was a cooking facility in the Safari lodge and was told there isn't. I proceeded to request an upgrade for 1 of the lodges to the Lost World Cabin as I was told it has a cooking facility to accommodate my autistic daughter. This was requested via email after I came off the phone, inorder to have an audit trail and to avoid any miscommunication and misunderstanding. Upon arriving at check-in, I was told that the Cabin had not been upgraded. The manager Darren Hoy was called as I was unhappy and needed some resolution. However he made things worse instead of being helpful. He informed myself and my guests that there was no other cabins available with cooking facilities and told us we can come back tomorrow instead! What sort of suggestion is that! How is it OK to inconvenience people in such manner! With No apology whatsoever! No compassion whatsoever! At this point I started to get angry as the suggestion made no sense, we was spoken to in a condensing manner with zero empathy. I did my part as a Customer. I also made sure I had proof of the upgrade. Someone had messed up and not upgraded the Cabin as requested but yet we was made to feel as though no such thing was requested and we was at fault. I became extremely emotional and was in tears. I informed him that my child had not eaten. I specifically requested an upgrade, an early check-in and a late check-out to accommodate my autistic child to ensure I stick to her routine and she's looked after accordingly. He then proceeded to say he will cancel the booking as there is nothing else he can do and I was being emotional. Which obviously made things worse! The manager Darren stood there and smirked at me being distressed. I asked him why he was smirking, and he replied, "It is part of customer service", it is part of customer service that you smile at peoples distress instead of apologising? Never heard or seen such in my life. Seeing I was distressed and emotional, my sisters took me outside to get some air and breath. I had so many mixed emotions as I tried my best and did my part to ensure the accommodation was suitable for my little one. I have never been treated in such a manner in my life and was shocked to experience such. I believe Darren Hoy discriminated against us, was unfair and unwilling to help due to our race. He found it funny. The least the manager could have done was empathise, apologise for the mess made by his team and find a reasonable suggestion and some form of compensation as the error was no fault of mine but that of a staff, instead he showed zero care, zero compassion & zero empathy. We came to a resolution after 30 minutes. My sister suggested using the oven in the restaurant kitchen to make my daughters lunch as she needed to eat, which the manager agreed to for just her lunch. We then had to look for an argos to purchase an air fryer and a food steamer, which i am against but was left with no choice. I 100% will not be returning to Gulliver's Land and will ensure all my family, friends and people on social media platforms are aware of the unfair treatment, which I partly have a recording of as 1 of my sisters took a recording of the incident. I will not be letting this go easily as it concerns my non-verbal autistic child. I am her voice and a voice of so many others who could potentially encounter someone like Darren and feel helpless.

Aug 29,2023Hi, I am very disappointed with our visit today. My family and I left the park upset and angry. 1st We spent an hour and a half in a queue to then be told the ride had broken down. Later on we were queuing for a ride and noticed a large group of Asians calling their friends over which then another group of 10 came over queue jumping. We confronted them which then resulted in huge argument, the supervisor was called and nothing got sorted. They were still able to stay where they were just laughing. My kids 11 and 8 seen all this shouting and swearing. We managed to gwt on the ride 2 hours later. I understand its busy but 2 hours for a ride that lasts 30 seconds is a joke. The queue jumping needs to be cracked down on. This happened again later on same thing again, a different Asian family calling over their friends and again we confronted them and again nothing was done about it. My kids at one point just wanted to go home. They were miserable. This isn't the feeling you should get from an amusement park. There was quite a few people who felt the same way when I spoke to them waiting in line. Something needs to be done. We won't be returning
