Feb 28,2025I found the ordering process confusing. What you’re actually ordering is not clearly visible. The marketing techniques are very aggressive. I’ve emailed several times with regard to my order. Ten days later I’m still waiting for a reply. My confidence in this organization and the products has been adversely affected by my experience so far

Feb 28,2025I have been a long-term customer of gundry MD. I started my experience with the purchase of three bottles of Bio complete 3. Liking the product, I decided to subscribe to 6 month shipments. My first shipment was delivered on time. The next shipment was sent the following month. I called customer service to explain the problem. They kindly asked if I wouldn't mind keeping the extra 6 months and that they would set my next shipment date a year out. I agreed. Last month I ordered MCT Wellness. I ordered a 6-month Supply that said it would come with a free shaker bottle if I subscribed. After placing the order I noticed that my next 6 month shipment was scheduled to come next month. I called before the order was processed and the agent canceled my initial order, made the date correct and asked me if I was okay with the flavor that was originally ordered. I never saw the option for other flavors. She told me what they were and I changed the flavor. I specifically asked if I would still get the shaker bottle that was promised in the original order. She assured me that I would. I received my order today with no shaker bottle. I contacted gundry MD and chatted with an agent named eric, who told me that that offer was only while supplies last. I explained to him that it said nothing of that nature when I ordered it and that the agent who I spoke to to correct the shipping dates assured me that one would come. If it didn't come with my initial order I was told to contact gundry MD and one would be sent to me. Eric insisted that supplies were out. Dissatisfied with that response, I contacted another agent named Kristen. Kristen told me that the shaker bottle only came with the watermelon lemonade flavor and not with the flavor I changed it to. When I told her that the ordering agent indicated to me that I would get one, she told me that that agent was mistaken. She went on further to tell me that I could easily purchase a shaker bottle for $5 at Target. With two 6-month subscriptions for expensive products, what isn't, you would expect they could cough up a cheap little $5 shaker bottle. Needless to say it is not about the $5 shaker bottle it's about delivering on a promise. I give them a C where before I felt they were an A. The moral of this story, if there is one, is to watch very carefully your online orders, or better yet, call to place your order. However, calling doesn't ensure that you're going to get the right information either.

Feb 28,2025Used Biocomplete, Phenols, Reds and MCT Oil. Products perform ok but are overpriced when exactly the same formula can be bought elsewhere and cheaper. Product sells primarily on Gundy's name. One major problem is that some products fail to list fish oil and for those allergic they can cause shock and/or death without an Epi pen and hospitalization. Their CS seems unaware of the contents when questioned on the phone with a live person.

Feb 23,2025I've used MCT Wellness for 6 months it's improved my digestion and cravings. I've used the Power Phenols for a month and my brain is functioning a bit better. I've used the Metabolic Advanced and have seen no improvement in my blood glucose level so I will not be ordering this product again.

Feb 21,2025I love olive oil so thot I’d try Gundry MD brand for all the benefits stated by them. It’s very expensive, 8oz for $39, I will say it’s really tasty, it’s very peppery, I’m vegan so I used it on just about everything. But other than the taste I didn’t experience any of the other benefits they promised within 99 days, my skin was about the same, didn’t drop a pound even tho I’m about 8lbs overweight, just really no changes. So I did return it and recd my refund 1 week after mailing back the bottles, that cost $20. I’m on the east coast and their address is in California, the further away you are the more expensive the postage, so I probably paid the maximum. Not a bad experience overall for sure, I was glad I could try it, but there’s many other brands if you search for high poly phenol olive oil.

Feb 20,2025I contacted Supervisor Kia and sent two emails requesting a refund. I used the product and decided to return it within 90 days, as your support representatives have consistently advised over the past five years. They always recommended giving the product the full 90 days to see if it provides any benefits. This time, I used it for 88 days from the date I received it but did not notice any difference. Now, I am being told that the 90-day period includes shipping time, making me two days past the trial window and ineligible for a refund. This contradicts the information I was previously given. Feb 20,2025I'm extremely disappointed. I had very high hopes for this product. Dr. Gundry was impressive. In a very long video sale - I don't think they warned that the product contained shellfish. I am allergic to shellfish and I'm sure many people interested in this product are similarly allergic. I wrote several email messages asking about returning the product. Not 1 response in over 7 days. I went to the chat - they kept trying to end the chat while I was typing and eventually did so. I am having to pay for the return shipping which I think is unfair because it's their fault that I was not warned about the allergen contained. I have spent a lot of time trying to get this far and now I will have to get them to discontinue monthly (membership) shipping which they are big on. This is uncommonly bad customer support.

Feb 13,2025I ordered 6 containers of the MCT Wellness product. My wife had a reaction to it but I stuck it out. No weight loss benefits at all. I kept my healthy eating habits and fitness and advertisements would suggest I should have had "ozempic" like results. Nothing. I contacted for a refund but was beyond the 90-day period. Waste of money.

Feb 11,2025MCT is not its money worth.I was excited to find something to help me get into Ketosis,but nothing happened. I called costumer service to return the product and had to pay $60 in shipping.I bought 6 shakes at regular price and 6 at discounted. As I was checking today to see if I got my money refunded , I noticed that they refunded all product at discounted price,even I payed for 6 shakes full price. In total I'm out $150 better shipping and not getting my full refund back as promised in there advertisement.Be aware off Dr Grundy s return policy .I will never by anything from him again.

Feb 09,2025I purchased Gundry MD MCT Wellness powder 4 pack in October 2024. The product didn’t arrive until nearly a month later due to Gundry not using the code to get into the apartment complex. Called Gundry and they compensated me with an extra 4 pack so I decided to share with my wife. Here it is 6 months later and my wife and have seen very little evidence of this powder mix doing much of anything. It’s purpose it to “ support production of ketones for more energy and to support brain health. We did experience an occasional bowel functionality but that could have been eating a lot less cheese. We’re not junk food eaters save an occasional pint of Haagen Dazs over a week period it time. We still have a few containers to use “hopeful” of experiencing “something” beneficial. We are not expecting anything other an occasional better bowel movement.

Feb 09,2025I purchased the chocolate shake and absolutely loved the taste. Unfortunately I came upon some information in google stating that amounts of lead and carcinogens were found in plant protein shakes that are chocolate flavored. I brought this to their attention and they emailed me and immediately canceled my prescription and refunded me. This whole thing was handled very poorly. Not to mention logging into my account and the system wouldn’t let me make the change to vanilla flavored. I found this to unprofessional and discourteous. Thanks 🙏

Feb 08,2025I bought 3 bottles of this supposed Dark Spot Diminisher in August, 2024. I applied it daily until now, February 2025. It has done NOTHING to remove my brown spots. Dr. Gundry advertises this as working for his wife for her age spots. I'm 63, so it should work for me. This product was a waste of money. I am now going to a cosmetologist to have the spots removed.

Feb 03,2025This is just another super educated medical doctor who’s trying to sell the same items that you can find on Amazon for less than 1/3 of the price. He does this very creatively with overpricing EV olive oil. If you watch, the evolution of his video presentations is all about making you feel guilty about eating a well balanced meal and then pinpointing chemical compounds that you absolutely need to have to survive or lose weight and so he tries to sell you down the road with inflated prices. He’s not the only one! Dr.Mercola and many others do the same thing with super overpriced supplements that you can find at other sources for even 1/3 of the price. I would say garner and glean the knowledge from him because a lot of it is good, but he tries to transpose it into dipping deep into your pocketbook. I’ve been in half a dozen MLM’s over the years and they do the same thing but front-end load you or auto-reorder you on to much product!! Remember weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise… don’t let Dr. Gundry talk you into taking a handful of overpriced supplements to do this!!

This guy is a charlatan who preys on patients using little out-of-context pieces of information that are insignificant when looked at in the whole of the medical knowledge base. We're taught to diagnose and treat, not to sell patients meds and supplements. He is way out of line professionally as well as advisedly.

Jan 30,2025We watched a YouTube video and decided to order the Bio product. Was cheaper to order three bottles. A month later Gundry is billing me for another three bottles! Called to cancel future shipments and promised a confirmation email. Never sent. Dr. Gundry sounds legit but his views contradict other medical people. In retrospect why would he change specialty to become a YouTube guru. Really consider what you are buying and ingesting. I am left with two + bottles that cost $121.00 and didn't have a positive effect. Should have read reviews prior to buying.

Jan 29,2025Steven Gundry is a washed up doctor who grifts by making people afraid. Afraid of blueberries? Seriously? Oatmilk? eggs?????? He stokes irrational fears into people so he can sell them his "miracle solutions" in the forms of various powders and supplements . this is basically fraud at this level. He is supposed to be a doctor after all. Seriously, if lignans caused problems there would be no Eastern Indians or Latinos or Asians. Utter bunk to make you afraid so you will buy his supplelements which are most likely made of dreams and air. So dont say I didn't warn you (I am a medical doctor who is real) and I say burn your bras if you want but burn your $ with Gundry at your own peril. Also think: if he was such a great "surgeon", an impeccable doctor, why is he selling BS remedies online like a Carny? $$$$$$$$$ is why. Fear = $. And this thought From the web: "Lignans are generally safe and beneficial when consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet". so why would you even want to 'remove' them? And this: "Lignan precursors in food are not known to have any serious adverse effects." I rest my case.

Feb 28,2025This company has shady practices. They promise a full refund if the product does not work for you. However, you have to pay to send the product back. When you request a refund, they offer you partial refunds unless you push the issue for them to honor their policy. After shipping the items back, crickets. They failed to refund my money until I reached out to them via chat and pushed the issue. I am confident they had absolutely no intention of refunding my money until I followed up. This is unprofessional and bad business practice. Buyer beware.
