Jul 11,2023An outstanding supplement that worked almost from the day I started using it. The most noticeable effect was an immediate burst of energy and accompanied by an overall sense of vitality. Since I’m using this with several other Gundry supplements I can’t specify things like assisting in smoother bowel movements or weight loss which are definite benefits from these products. What I can say is I feel lighter, clearer and more energetic. I think Essential Orange works like a charm on this seventy-four year old body.

Jul 10,2023MCT Wellness had a good taste. Although it doesn't dissolve fully in water like some of the other Dr. Gundry powders I have tried, I don't mind swallowing the undissolved bits of powder. Although it is perhaps a placebo effect, I do seem to have plenty of energy. For example, yesterday I worked in my Texas yard in 100F+ heat for hours digging up broadleaf weeds, picking up sticks, mowing, etc. You know us Type 1 Diabetics--always trying to prove we're as good and strong as normal people. My wife has started using my MCT Wellness prescription and has made positive comments about it and she's an "all natural zealot" so that is high praise that's she's using something like MCT Wellness. I have not noticed any loss of weight. I don't feel like I changed anything else in my diet, exercise regimen, etc. I was disappointed to not see any weight loss but for now I am willing to rack that up to my diet choices and lack of exercise due to work, Ph.D. studies, volunteer work, etc.

Jul 10,2023Good day Dr Grundry I have now been taking energy renew for a boat two and a half months. During this time I have kept a very busy schedule. During the morning I'm usually up at 5:00 a.m. and drive my wife to work in the healthcare industry. I then return home study for about 2 hours I am now studying naturopathy thanks to you Doctor. And then I could proceed to do my household chores which takes me to about one p.m. in the afternoon. In the afternoon I then pick up my wife from her job as a personal support worker(CRA) in the nursing department. During the rest of the day I help different organizations that care for veterans needs. In the evenings we spend some family time together. I've had such an increase in energy that I have lost 24 pounds. I have changed my diet and I have continued on a path of healthy living it is very difficult to change a diet that we've been accustomed to for over 40 years but with determination and health in mind we can do it. We have been living a life of fast foods and different preservatives and chemicals dictating our health and lifestyle. Taking control of your health is your most important duty to yourself and your family. Thank you Dr Grundy for changing my life. I have just turned 60 and feel like 38 again. Mitch .
