Jul 06,2023I've been using MCT Wellness for two months now. I went on the keto diet twice and LOVED the boundless energy it gave me, but could not stand staying away from fruit!! MCT Wellness gives me the energy I had on keto without the drawbacks. I also sleep very well, as I did on keto. One small note: I adjusted my daily serving to 4-5 grams. I tried the suggested 8 gram dose for about a week, but that was too much for my small frame and made me feel wired. When in doubt, always listen to your body--it is very smart.

Jul 05,2023A year ago I saw a video online by a researcher from Montreal, whose study indicated that two or 3 tablespoons a day of MCT oil could reduce the probability of cognitive issues developing over time. As a result of this, I have been taking MCT oil since then. I started taking MCT wellness a while ago and noticed that some of the product did not dissolve in water so I added a tablespoon of MCT oil to it and all of the MCT wellness went into solution. I thought that this might help its bio availability, so I continue to take MCT wellness, (which may give me a little more energy) with MCT oil.

Jul 05,2023When Dr. Gundry sent an email about how I liked my MCT Wellness, I had not received it yet because it got stuck in customs. I let Dr. Gundry’s people know and they sent out a replacement container to a US mailbox which I received a week later. I have taken MCT Wellness every morning and my energy has improved plus my clothing is roomier or has been replaced.

I have been taking one tablespoon of the oil every morning for a week, no great change thus far. I plan to keep using the oil because it tastes good, and I agree with the premise you presented.

Jul 03,2023I’m 76 years old and quite often around 4 pm I use to fall asleep for 30-40 min. Now with MCT it doesn’t happen. I have steady energy through the day and I no more cloudy mind which happened occasionally before. And I’m still on my first jar. Since I ordered 6 jars supply I happily shared one with each of my daughters. My younger one just ordered 6 jars as well. Jul 06,2023I had a fall on a mopped floor at work last year. Every since then, I've dealt with pain to my knees. I read about Dr. Gundry's polyphenol rich olive oil. Since I work in the medical field, and have read some of Dr. Gundry's books, I decided to try the olive oil for cardiovascular benefits. Although I have enjoyed olive oil from around the world (ie: California, Italy, Greece, Ethiopia). When I opened my 1st bottle, I knew this was very different. The aroma is strong, the flavor is intense, truly befitting a unique polyphenol elixir. After about a week of taking @ 1 ounce on my daily salads, I noticed my knee pain was pretty much gone. Even when I walk downstairs! The popping and cracking of my knees are GREATLY reduced, and the very infrequent pop is now pain free! I wasn't expecting this at all! And just think, if it's causing this perceivable benefit to my knees, what other marvelous benefits must those polyphenols, etc. be doing as they swirl around my circulatory system! I must say, my skin looks more lustrous too. Imagine what it may be doing fir my heart, brain etc! I am on my 7th bottle, and am sure to never run out!
