Jul 03,2023I am thankful for all the advise Dr. Gundry gives to his followers. It has helped me stay focused. I especially like the MCT Wellness. I have had 5 eye surgeries for a Retina that keeps detaching after every surgery last year. Since I have been taking MCT I have had much more energy and walk 6-8 miles every day at 76 years old. I had anxiety and depression because of the eye problems and I can also see it has kept me going with that problem. My Ketone readings are much improved too. I am very pleased with this product. Thanks again for making it available.

I am a Mariner and work on big ships logging 3. To 5 miles daily and climbing 30+ stairs. I work 7 days a week 4 months at a time. Jul 03,2023The capsules in Total Restore were a perfect size to swallow, and also they did not have any usual odor or taste. So I was able to take the required dosage every night with no inconvenience. And, given the reviews of this product, I felt confident that Total Restore had safe and impactful ingredients. While I do think that there was little obvious change in my weight, I definitely felt reduced food cravings.

Jul 03,2023The product came as promised. I feel good since taking for two weeks straight. I have a little more energy, hoping that will increase the longer I am using the product. The capsules are easy to swallow ( that’s important to me- nothing worst than chocking on pills). So far so good. Will keep taking. I am anxious to see if my headaches are less frequent with use. I’ll let you know in a month or so.

Jul 02,2023I have always had a ton of gut issues. Always constipated one way or another. I'm always in pain. Ect.. The doctors tell me I'm fine when I know I'm not. Since taking this product it seems to help alleviate the pain, at least some.
