Jul 01,2023I love the medley of dark red fruits along with the coconut oil in powder form. My husband and I make smoothies daily. We use a scoop of MCT with 10 oz of water each, add bananas, fresh fruits in season ( strawberries right now), a cup of low fat yogurt and ice and put it all in the blender. It has boosted our energy and alertness. I’m more productive, which I love because, although I’m 72 & my husband is 75, we are both still working and grateful. I have so many projects in the home and the yard. Plus, I have a puppy that has me out the door early and often for walks. I just feel better! I just feel healthy.

Jul 01,2023I was constipated from being on a high protein diet for the past few weeks. My stool was hard and when I drank my first shake, the next morning the stool came out easily and the shake made it easier to pass as I noticed a type of gelatin type texture not the norm over the past few weeks of hard stools and less frequency. The shake works very well and I enjoy the taste and texture as I drink it in the morning. Great!!! Thank you

Jul 01,2023This MCT drink is awesome! I drink 2 scoops a day. I don't know if there is a max to what you are supposed to drink but, for me it gives me a little boost. It curbs my appetite and wait for it! It lowers my blood sugar a little. I would recommend this product to my friends and I already do.

I lost a couple of pounds to start, but my energy levels are so much more consistently high, even my husband has commented on it. I also have more mental clarity and am not searching for elusive words nearly as often.

Jul 01,2023I add a scoop to a cup of hot water along with daily collagen peptides. It has taken a while to kick in, but I have noticed two good things, ☝️ 1-mentally perkier! And 2-less pain from inflammation. Also, combining this with drastically reducing sugars, together it is an important improvement and I’m grateful.

Jul 01,2023I started taking 1 ounce of the oil every day and noticed my joint pain is sooooo much better. I do add a dash of balsamic vinegar to help with the strong olive taste. So glad I stumbled upon his video!

Jul 01,2023I got this product to help with weight loss. I have lost 6 lbs so far and only have used one container. My complexion is noticeably better. It is a refreshing drink in chilled water and does give a boost of energy.
