Jun 16,2023I take it at mid day and I no longer get the 2pm crash I use to. I also think it tastes pretty good. I haven’t noticed any weight loss but I do have more energy. I’m almost at the 30 day mark and I plan to keep going. My skin seems to have improved a bit also.

Jun 16,2023Gundry Olive Oil is excellent, both the taste in food and it whitens my teeth! We make our salad dressing using the recipe that comes in the box. Also use it on bread, in smoothies, pasta and vegetable dishes. My daughters agree it taste great and are pleased that I shared my 6 pack with them! A little goes a long way. I’m pleased with the benefits of smoother / moist skin and better digestion, (veggies and beans use to bother my stomach). Even more amazing my blood pressure improved, in June, my Doctor took me off my RX (it was a low dose, I’ve focused on lifestyle improvements for awhile)! I can’t say how much this olive oil contributed but I believe it’s a positive factor! Thank you Dr Gundry for this tasty olive oil that enhances our Mediterranean / low sodium diet and our health! I’ve been looking for quality olive oil since January, trying them out but didn’t know what to look for before finding this!

Jun 15,2023I have taken a number of different supplements from Gundry MD and seen results, but never have I seen such quick and immediate results as I have with Active! My energy level went up and I lost the last couple of pounds I had been trying to shed without success (isn't that always the case). I am a relatively healthy person who exercises daily and eats well, but as a 51 year old female, the shedding of the last few pounds to hit my goal weight was difficult. A couple of weeks after incorporating Active into my routine, the pounds came off without changing a thing! I love the way I feel so THANK YOU Dr. Gundry!!

I never want to be without it. I also used it to remove some stains from my teeth - highly effective, I couldn’t be happier!

Jun 15,2023Gundry and Company did a great job with this product. I mix the vanilla ProPlant shake with water and it tastes great. I use this as a meal replacement in the morning and it carries me through lunch without getting hungry and having plenty of energy. Best of all I’ve dropped a few unwanted pounds since starting a month ago.

Jun 15,2023Can’t say enough about the rich full flavor of the Polyphenol-Rich Olive Oil and the Pearls. The oil is wonderful to cook with or whipped together in a delicious homemade salad dressing. The Polyphenol Pearls are excellent added to a lemon butter sauce on fish, or tossed with your favorite vegetables or salad. Not only does it enhance the flavor but you get all the great polyphenol health benefits. Highly recommend both these products and don’t forget, they make wonderful gifts for friends or family members!
