Jun 07,2023This is not an easy question to answer because I don’t know that it has made a significant difference. I bought it because I thought it would be a good source of pre and pro biotics, but while using my first 3 month supply, I developed “heartburn” and was put on omeprazole for 2 months. I finished that medication 10 days ago and this morning, my stomach is upset again. I don’t know if Bio Complete is helping or hurting my system. I think my next step is an endoscopy.

Jun 07,2023Thank you for your product I appreciate the amazing flavour. I believe I am feeling some good results from this product I have been taking it daily for 5 weeks. I feel like I’m sleeping a bit better and I am being conscious of what I’m eating. I have a myriad of health issues celiac, fibromyalgia, autoimmune etc. I believe these all compound each other. I am hopeful that this will help with some of the issues such as sleeping, diet etc.
