Jun 06,2023Have not felt the results promoted. Has not affected appetite nor cravings. Elimination has not improved. But will hopefully see results as I get closer to completing the first bottle. 7/11/23 Update, not much progress, but I have a question about taking the pills. I regularly take the morning 2 before breakfast. But my dinner schedule is so irregular that it is difficult to get them in. I tried taking them before bedtime but found it made it difficult to fall asleep. Would it be better to take it at lunchtime (normally 4 hours after breakfast) or can I rely on just taking the morning 2?

In the ensuing weeks although I tried to keep busy there were times that I didn't have the physical or mental energy to do the things I needed to do. I began taking your product on April 13 and after a time of taking BioComplete3 I began feeling my energy coming back. Staying busy helped my psychological well being. Some might say that these results are all in my head but time will tell as I continue with the process.

Jun 06,2023It's not the product I'm complaining about. I am complaining that I asked and paid for 3 bottles. They sent me 12 bottles,well what am I expected to do with all those bottles. They took alot of money well over £400 from my barclaycard and also signed me up for a subscription that I didn't ask for. I rang them and they stopped the subscription which I hadn't asked for and made out they were doing me a favour. I am 73 ,just lost my husband and don't need all the hassle of posting 9 bottles back and I have to pay postage. Even then I don't know whether I will get my money back.I don't know if the product works but I do not like the hard sell and them taking money

Jun 06,2023So far, I've been using the Bio Complete 3 for a few weeks, and about to start on my second bottle. The capsules are easy to take. I'm not exactly sure if they are helping, but I read that I should give it at least three months for results. I'll update at that time. I'm definitely glad to start this product along with the Watermelon lemonade flavored MCT powder.

Jun 06,2023You should get a nobel prize for developing this. Ive battled constipation issues for decades. Out with OTC stool softeners and in with BC3. If it also fixes your gut as you claim it should be nothing less than a major medical breakthrough. Im recommending this to everyone I know. Thanks for becoming one of the medical good guys. Jun 06,2023I was skeptical...but I noticed a difference right away. Within a week, I noticed I just felt better, peppier, that sort of thing. I'm critically anemic and take iron supplements and get iron infusions every 6 months. I've been taking MCT Raspberry for about 7 weeks. I had blood work done a couple of weeks ago and my iron levels are really good. The only new thing I've added is the MCT. It is somehow helping me. I'm really happy with it. Thank you.
