Jan 14,2021THEY SENT A HIGHPRESSURE SALESMAN OUT TO START. I HAD TO MAKE A DECISION AT THAT TIME .THEY PUT THE GUTTERS UP ON TIME HOWEVER THE JOB WASN'T DONE AS ADVERTISED. I HAD TROUBLE WITH THE GUTTERS LEAKING BETWEEN THE GUTTER AND THE FACIA BOARD WHICH WAS ALSO REPLACED. I HAD TO CALL THEM 3 OR 4 TIMES TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THEY CAME OUT AND SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE PROBLEM HOWEVER WHENEVER IT RAINS I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH IT LEAKING. THE GUY SAID HE WOULD BE BACK THIS WEEK TO FIX THE PROBLEM HOWEVER AS TODAY I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. ALSO ONE TIME THEY SENT THE SAME CREW OUT THAT PUT THE GUTTERS UP AND THE GUY FIRST TOLD ME IT WAS A ROOF PROBLEM AFTER TELLING HIM I DIDN'T HAVE THAT PROBLEM BEFORE HE STATED HE DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT DAY. THEN WHEN LEAVING THEY RAN OVER MY MAILBOX TORE IT DOWN AND LEFT WITHOUT TELLING ME

Jan 11,2021Another gutter cleaning company had damaged gutters in two or three areas. We contacted Gutter Logic who came out right away to give us an estimate. We set a date, which Gutter Logic lobbied us to change (that we did not like), but they then agreed to Jan. 4 and changed it to Jan. 5. The guys came in the rain, waited for a bit, and then did their work. The younger of two men was our contact--very personable, seemed to know definitely what was needed, was very conscientious. We have no complaints with the work done.

Jan 09,2021Not happy. At the time of this review, I can only give a poor raiting. I waited over 5 weeks to write with the hope that the company would come back and fix the problems done at install. One set of gutters has 2 down spouts. When it rains, water runs on the outside of one of the down spouts because it was not sealed and assembled correctly. Water stays in the other set of gutters because it doesn't have the right pitch. Also the exit elbow is directed towards my wooden deck. All of these issues I made aware to the sales guy the day of the installation. And he assured me that the install manager would contact me fix problems. After 2 days, I called again and got the same response. Called again after a week. I had not heard back from the install manager. Sales guy was shocked but assured me again he would take care of it. No response. So after another week I left a message on company website for service and a very nice lady got back with me. She heard all my issues and told me she would pass them on to the install manager, again. Now it is 2 weeks after and I still haven't heard a thing and my problems still exists. Gutter Logic has great gutters, but I have received poor customer service and support.

Jan 07,2021I'm a contractor so when my gutters on my house were starting to come loose from the rotten fascia. I searched and found the Gutter Logic Dome system (Superior System To Leaf Guard). The crew came around 7:00am removed my old gutters, rotten fascia boards, installed new 6" Gutters/Downspouts/New Fascia and the Awesome Gutter Logic leaf dome done by 12:10 Lunch. Highly recommend J.T.

Jan 04,2021These are very nice gutters and worth the investment. It’s critical to direct water away from your house and these look like they’ll serve as long as the lifetime warranty that came with them. They’re solid, wide at 6 inches, and the gutter leaf guards are awesome (who likes to clean gutters?). And, they look really good. I recommend these guys out of Raleigh!

Jan 03,2021I have lots of good things to say about my experience with Gutterdome. The salesman was not at all pushy and didn't harass me one bit after our initial meeting. I had to discuss the project with my partner first and he was unavailable for several weeks, so I appreciated the patience of the salesman. Also, it seems like the work was really well done and I saw that the technician was a perfectionist bc he didn't know I could see him and I saw him really focusing on his task and he was not willing to settle for less than perfect. The work looks great and and the water seems to be going where it should. The price was fantastic. I still can't believe how affordable it was! The only real problem was that they didn't show up on time for the job. I called the office to see what was going on and they said that the installer forgot some equipment and had to turn around and go back to get it. But they obviously weren't going to bother telling me. They finally arrived about 4 hours late and were clearly annoyed at being an entire half day behind. And I didn't even know if they were ever going to show at all. So, I cannot give 5 stars bc the lack of communication was not good business. I shouldn't have to chase them down after a day and time has been scheduled.

Jan 02,2021The initial contact with Michelle, sales, was excellent. They scheduled the work for the following Tuesday and the crew showed up as scheduled. Unfortunately the had the wrong equipment to make gutter the size that was on my house and the wrong size facia board that was required. They left. Re-scheduling took almost three weeks and the individual that was sent was not aware that new facia board was required, lacked the equipment to install it, and if it were not for me going to the lumber yard myself, and cutting it for the installer, it would likely have have not gotten done that day as well.

Dec 29,2020Although the work they performed was very good, communication was not that good. We were advised they would come on a specific day and call in advance. We never received a call so I called the person who gave me the quote and he stated they would come the next day. I received a call the next day at 1:00 to advise me they were on their way and they arrived shortly after that.

Dec 21,2020After some scheduling problems, in part due to weather, We were very pleased to have the crew show up on time, complete the job quickly and leave with everything cleaned up. The best part is that water doesn't drip on my head when I go out the door!

Dec 21,2020The gutters are up after being delayed a day due to weather (no notice was provided related to the delay until I called for an update). Also they did not install the gutter helmet and they are going to have to send out another crew at an undesclosed date to finish
