Jun 09,2020You get what you pay for. These guys were more expensive than the others but, the scope of work completed and the attention to detail that they put into their work is exceptional. They showed up on time and worked 12hrs to make sure the job was done right. Cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Jun 09,2020We love the professionalism of this company. David Fruend gave an excellent demonstration on the pros and cons of different kinds of gutters and their covers. We know we got a quality product. We didn't give them 5 stars because we ordered gutters and the gutter covers where to be installed the same day. When they finished the gutters we discovered they did not install the covers. Someone forgot to include this on the work order. We had to reschedule for the following week. One of the workers accidentally broke our back porch light while working on the project. Fortunately, they paid for the new light but we now have to get a light installed. We would also recommend the company comes up with a design on closing up the ends of the gutters that's more esthetically pleasing instead of rolled up mesh. All in all, we are very pleased with this company and have recommended them to several of our neighbors.

Jun 08,2020I watched the installation process of getting new gutters on the front and back of my newly installed manufactured home. The back of the house was a 76 foot long piece of 6 inch gutter which was installed without bending the gutter and they installed 4 inch down spouts on each end. The two man crew completed the job within three hours and really did a nice job on the installation. Their 30 year warranty is impressive! The gutters look awesome.

Jun 08,2020Honestly, nothing has happened yet since the gutters were installed. it hasn't rained here yet and I've been busy catching up with other things . All I have done since is admire the excellent quality of the units from ground level. I may decide to 'test' them out after assuring myself the drains have been flushed sufficiently.I would do this by standing at one of the discharge points during a downpour with a catch bucket to evaluate how clean looking the runoff is. I'm quite sure I will be very happy seeing the results.

Jun 06,2020Wish I could give more stars. 1. The guy that came out to measure measured wrong so they did not have enough product to finish. 2. I had to call to ask if they were still coming out to work after they were over an hour late. The guy in the office never called back. 3. They ended up being 1.5 hours late the first day. I’m sure it would have been more had I not called. 4. One worker smoked in my backyard and left the cigarette butt. 5. They were 10, yes 10 hours late to finish the install. 6. I had to call several times to even get anyone. 7. They never offered to reduce the amount charged in light of the extreme lateness. They would have earned more stars had THEY reached out to me both days to inform me of delays. No communication unless I initiated it. That is not great or even good customer service.
