We should’ve done more research. The company is just a shell front for selling contracts to other contractors. You won’t find a person to answer your questions or check on your satisfaction. When you do get a hold of someone...no one knows who is in charge of what or you would simply get referred to someone else. After they get paid you won’t hear from them. We wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Overall the installation of the new gutters went very well, but not happy with some aspects of the final product and cleanup of the yard.

Good job on gutters but they lacked something in clean up. Nails in flower beds as well as pieces from old gutters. The driveway and walks were clean but they need to work on where they are blowing.

The job was not performed to my satisfaction,i believe the guys rushed thru ,and turned a 2 day job into 1,cleanup was not great and 2 of the guys actualy got into a shouting match

Did a great job and generally happy with the installation. A couple items could have been better. 1. Small section on the garage was not done until I asked if it was done. Was not able to see from the ground. 2. They needed to trim pieces of the guard and that left shards of metal in my driveway along with some screws I'm still finding. A protected work surface would have been helpful.

The sales process is a pain in the butt. Just give the best price instead of having to go back and forth multiple times. Having to make a decision on the spot the same day for a better price definitely puts people in a poor position as many people like to shop around. Product was good and end product looks great and well done, but we were promised a spotless cleanup and had a pile of trash left in our yard as well as picking up numerous nails off of our deck and walk way.

your people were very nice and personable but it would have been nice to know you couldn't do the whole job from the beginning it was nice that you gave me a break on the bill but I wanted the whole job done and I still have not received my warranty.

The company was quick to respond to get business and was on time for appointment. The problem was on installation date. The installers were 2 1/2 hours late. I thought I had the wrong date for installment when no one showed up. It was after 4:30 on Monday when they came. I told the leader he was lucky that I was still home since I had almost finished work for the day and had planned on running errands. I asked why no one called me as to why they were going to be so late. I would have rescheduled for another day in the morning. I hope the installment is correct since it was getting dark while installing gutter guards. Plus they left trash in my back yard. There is an empty Geocel 2320 box in my back yard. They were quick to get the business but there is no way to contact someone on their website except to get business. Again, a call would have been appreciated.

The gentlemen who replaced my gutters were very professional and thorough when replacing my gutters. They also made adjustments to the original gutter placement in order to prevent any further leaks. I was very pleased with their work.
