Jul 26,2020The gutters look great. Guys that installed were great and did excellent clean up. And after the last few rains. It was great to see a lot of debri washed out in the downspouts.

Jul 26,2020The young man showed up on time. I was surprised he was doing the whole job by himself but later help arrived. The job was banged out, the color match was perfect. I’m pretty sure by the time they were done, there were several of my neighbors inquired about Gutter Logic. They did a fantastic job and a great experience.

Jul 26,2020Salesperson was friendly and NOT pushy. Very informative and thorough. Installers were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Cleaned up completely after installation. Installation was scheduled quickly after I accepted the contract. Haven't had much rain since installation, so review on the product itself is yet to be determined.

Jul 24,2020We have had our new GUTTER LOGIC gutters with the dome for almost a month and they are great! They look good, we had a couple big down pours and they are working very nicely. The sales person went that extra mile to secure the sale. The installation crew was excellent. Would recommend to anyone who is done with cleaning out their gutters!

Jul 24,2020There is much I could say, but in short, communication was poor as some texts and calls were ignored, the work was not completed though the workers claimed they were done. Our gutter still leaks as badly as it did before, compromising our foundation. They came back a few days later after we let them know the work was not finished. The gutter still leaks and they left a mess. They disposed of our leaf guard mesh without our consent. As of now, we have taken photos and videos showing these problems. We have shared this information with the local branch of the company and have not heard from anyone. The salesman said he would make sure we got what we contracted for, but we still haven’t heard from anyone and certainly haven’t had any apologies or basic good customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Jul 22,2020The work was done fast and looked good, however after first heavy rain one of the down spouts had water coming out of the elbow. Also water was going behind the gutter. I made 2 phone calls and left a message, have not received a response .

Jul 21,2020I had gutters installed last week and with the last 2 rain storms the gutters leak from behind. We called and someone said they would call us back. It's now 6 days later and still no returned phone call.

Jul 20,2020This installation took 5 weeks from start to finish. The initial intall subcontractor claimed they were not properly informed delaying the job. Once installed the job failed sending water over the sagging gutter. After a week of unreturned calls the job was properly completed subsequently withstanding a heavy rain. In fairness to Gutter Logic, part of the job's difficulty was working with a house with 3 layers of shingles which made working with gutter hangers/straps difficult. In the end, "all's well that ends well".

Jul 20,2020Great product sold by honest salesman! Sonny explained and demonstrated the product with a straightforward price and no pressure to complete on the day of estimate. With my Spanish tiles they were unable to complete the total install. Again, honest installers described the issue and saved future roof damage. I highly recommend Sonny, this product and company.

Jul 20,2020I would love to say that it was a great job but I feel like the communication was not good. When we signed papers we were told it would be next week. It was 2 weeks. Then we were told the day they would come and the gutter guys didn't show up until 2:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. They did not have all the gutters and told us it would be finished on Monday by another crew. Thursday it rains and we have leaking at the seams. I had specifically asked if they had sealed the seams and they told me yes. I took videos and called the rep he said they would fix it when they came back. Monday, no crew. Phone call to the rep. He says it will be Thursday. Finally got the Gutter Logic crew to put on the guards. They said they sealed the seams. When I walked to the front the 3 splashguards were not on. This crew said they can't do that so another call to the rep. Rep was supposed to call the next day and then come this week to put them on. So, although the gutter guards may be fantastic but we were not told that you use a third party gutter installer so I am not sure how to contact them if I have issues. And I felt like I had to do all the calling to find out when they were coming and the job is still not finished. May be a great product but this experience was not great...thus my review. I thought since this product was twice the cost that we should have gotten better service. Maybe that is not typical but it is what it is.

Jul 27,2020The crew arrived on time. They were very effecient. The leader of the team explained exactly what they would do, what materials were being used. After the job was completed the team leader walked around the house with me and pointed out all that was done. The final cost was exactly what had been agreed upon. It was nice to not have my gutters overflow when the last big rain came!
