Feb 08,2024Timelines for delivery were spot on. Good quality product. However!!! Not enough pulley bolts were shipped with the item. Only 8 were supplied and I have 10 pulleys to go. The bolts are custom made for the product, so I still can’t use the product. This is a fault with the manufacturer- not the supplier.

Jan 30,2024I ordered the HG300 equipment and there was missing pieces in the first shipment. Whilst the offer was good price wise and the delivery was relatively quick, there should not have been so many missing pieces/parts. I then had to email and request more parts on another two occasions despite listing what was missing each time. Having to follow up three times is not ideal. In the last order, I was sent more equipment than what was required which is inconvenient as now I need to find room to store it. Overall, not the best experience and wouldn't recommend.
