Jun 04,2020My order finally came just as I was about to ask the bank to cancel the transaction. It came several days late with no communication from them. While the whole chicken was what I ordered, I received what appeared to be 500kg(or even less!) of steak and I paid around 9 or 10 pounds for that. On the bright side, the packaging was very good with cold packs and everything was fresh.

May 30,2020After reading all the reviews I was a bit skeptical about the delivery process and how they’re delayed a lot and are mission items however I did received what I ordered exactly. The only negative point is that it was a day late. I was meant to receive it yesterday which instead I received it today. Overall the meat is good.

May 28,2020Worst customer service in the World, never answer the phones, phone always goes to Voice Mail. You leave message and no one gets back to you. Email them and they do not respond, they seem to have multiple email and domain accounts and if you email all of them you still won't get anyone. Heard they had people having to go their main office in Enfield for Refunds Tried to find out about my order and no would get back to me, in the End had to claim off Credit Card Company - Unless you buy from your local Asda Store would not recommend buying from them online.

May 18,2020Excellent service, I ordered on Tuesday and received my order on Friday. Everything was packed nicely except, 200 grams was short in chicken sausages. I called them and they immediately apologised and refunded the money. I don't know why some people have put negative comments. Brilliant service, brilliant meat, brilliant packing.

May 11,2020My mum has been buying meat from this place for over 3 years and has never complained about the quality, our family only buys from this company and the food arrives on time. They make fresh mince and cut fresh meat. The workplace is clean at all times when I go in person, and the staff are great.

May 09,2020Unfortunately, had not done my research prior. Order arrived missing it’s most expensive Item. They never answer emails or their phones. This is simply put theft. I absolutely would not recommend them.

May 09,2020Absolutely con! the meat never arrived. despite being Ramadan, They have no shame. Nowhere to phone. Paid £51, but no sign of delivery. Shop says call website and the website is down. Only Allah can punish them for taking my money and not delivering. I am also going to open a complaint with my bank and hope I get my money back. never again

May 08,2020I have ordered from this company twice and I have to say, both times I have had no complaints. First time was a couple of years ago for Eid and second time was 2 weeks ago. Meat came early and well packaged. I also buy from Asda in Leicester and have had no issues.

May 07,2020Do not buy from these fraudsters, ordered on 19th april for delivery on 5th may. Got delivered on 28th april and we had no space in the fridge. Also missing 2 items from order Customer service is even worst, called several times and no one picking it up, emailed at least 3 email but no reply. Luckily got through on call and guy hang up on phone while talking and was very rude. I have to throw away most of the meat as i did not have space in fridge eventually. Do not buy anything from them. hope could vote negative, have to give one star as least.

May 03,2020Me and my partner ordered a delivery from here as Halal meat is hard to come by in the area we live in and the convenience of ordering online was a deal breaker.. Then we saw the other trustpilot reviews we weren’t hopeful that our order would arrive at all. However it did arrive, and 5 days before we were expecting it! the quality of the meat is amazing, and it’s packaged really well. I would recommend this service to others, I’m not sure why such bad reviews were left but I have had no problems and will order again from this company.

May 03,2020Amazing Staff and the best quality. I've ordered it online and bought from the branch, not ONE Single complaint. Really happy. I have only left this review as I've seen there is too many bad reviews in regards to delivery times during Covid19 but show me one single delivery arrives on time during these uncertain times. Have some patience people even retailers deliver online shopping 2-3 weeks late nowadays

Apr 14,2020Hi, I honestly am appalled by this company’s service. I bought meat worth £145 from them nearly 4 weeks ago and received half the items I ordered! They changed me fully for the order placed and have not refunded me for the items I didn’t receive! For nearly 3 weeks I have called them daily at least 5 times. And left messages. I also emailed them several times and nobody has bothered contacting me! Now I can’t even leave messages when I call because the answering machine doesn’t allow you to do so. Terrible service. Don’t buy

Jun 10,2020I recently placed an online order worth £60 and once it arrived, it was smelling bad and the whole meat was stale. I sent Haji Baba’s team an email about it but no one has responded back to me. Never shopping here again.
