May 11,2024We purchased two TVs from LG which were to be installed by two separate teams on May 8, 2024. One of the installation teams cancelled less than one hour before there scheduled time. Due to the size of the TVs, two installers were scheduled for each TV. One of the technicians showed up to install the second TV. He waited 45 minutes for the other technician before leaving. So, neither TV was installed. Both were rescheduled for May 10, 2024. Customer Service for Angi has been outsourced to the Philippines. The Customer Service representatives were very difficult to understand and provided no support. They basically just follow instructions per their operating manual. I wasted alot of my time due to Angi's inefficiency.

You also receive regular confirmations and status. I had never heard of Handy prior to this experience but will definitely use them again.

May 10,2024The company employs classic 'bait and switch' tactics. At sign up it stated "per cleaning" $320 - $270 discount applied if you sign up for 3 months of cleaning. Then it tried charging me $320 for the second cleaning. Note this rate is more than twice industry standard of $50/hr. I called customer service 3 times and each time they heard me out, said they are canceling the service and hung up on me.

May 09,2024Jeff was great. Very personable and professional. After mounting TV I decided I wanted it just a little higher and without question he took down the TV, took off the mount and moved it about 2-3 inches higher and remounted the TV. Highly recommend him
