Dec 14,2023The installers were very professional, and arrived early which was very much appreciated. They mounted a 75 inch tv like it was the easiest thing to do. Or course I could not have done it. They were in and out of my home in less than 30 minutes. If I need something else done I certainly would ask for them if I could.

Dec 12,2023Handy has rescheduled my pro appointment 3 times in a row. either the pro didn’t turn up or they give very little notice and just email you to automatically reschedule. Very inconvenient when the customer arranges to stay home for the appointment and then they don’t show up.

Dec 11,2023Despite several attempts my appointments in the app were not accessible for managing them. They took me in a loop. App experience was bad. I tried to register my account with handy but the tv mount service provided by the seller couldn't be managed by me for a reschedule.
