Sep 26,2023Brought 2 pairs of trainers delivery was excellent. Pair of 84 forum low were of high qaulity but pair of pop campus ADV had glue marks round sole and slight blemish in stripe. Dissapointed as ive brought many items with hanons before and never experienced this.

Sep 25,2023Firstly they send me a pair of trainers with a scuffed toe and logo applied at an angle instead of straight, so very obviously 'seconds'! In order to keep the trainers they offered me a 20% discount voucher off future purchases which I accepted but they failed to tell me that it was only usable on full price items! While this was going on I purchased and paid for another pair of trainers, Hanon accepted the payment and then I heard nothing for days! It was only when I asked for an update on my order that Hanon cancelled the order and initiated a refund as they didn't have the item!!! How can they advertise and accept payment for an item they don't have?!!! So overall it was a very bad experience, their quality control process needs reviewing to prevent substandard items being sold and their stock control process needs reviewing so they don't sell items they don't actually have!!! I'll not be using the 20% discount as I won't be ordering from them again!
