Sep 19,2023I was looking for some retro style trainers and found them at a competitive price on Hanon's website. The purchasing experience was easy and straightforward. Purchase and delivery updates were periodically notified and the delivery was on target. Now for the bad part. This is an update to my previous review. I've returned one of the pair of shoes I've ordered from them and have not heard back at all, I've sent them so many emails and tried calling them, but no reply at all. Update: Customer service is very slow. Bear in mind that the return operations are slow and the same for the refund. Hanon, please improve your customer service

Sep 19,2023Some quite unbelievable bargains from what has undoubtedly been the best trainer shop in Scotland for the last 20 odd years or so. I hope this isn't the beginning of the end as I've met some really great folk through Hanon during that time. Murray and the shop staff were always first class to deal with too prior to the shop closing!👌🏽
