Sep 03,2023I tried to cancel my order OR get a coupon added and my email was not answered until 2-3 days later. I could have saved more money to pay for more things at Hanon but of course the delay didn’t allow me to. No discount, no answer (only after I followed up). Probably not going to recommend to anyone purchasing here.

Sep 03,2023I live in the USA. I ordered a pair of shoes that were half a size too small. I asked to exchange for half a size larger. Hanon is making me pay for shipping to il which would cost me more than the shoes

Happy with it, also with the quick delivery to Germany that took not longer than 3 working days (!). Happy also that I wasn't charged any duty fees nor extra taxes, etc.; probably due to a total order volume of below 150 €, I suppose. Would I buy at Hanon again? Yes.
