Oct 08,2023Die kontaktlose Möglichkeit zur Abholung des Schlüssels, die Größe der Wohnung und der Gardasee mit seinem glasklarem Wasser, dies können wir als positiv bezeichnen. Den Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen empfanden wir hingegen eher als sehr negativ! Mal davon abgesehen, dass die Wegbeschreibung vielleicht mit dieser kindlichen Zeichnung auf aus dem Auto geschossenen Fotos Charme hatte, war diese nicht besonders professionell, was sich in der Konversation fortsetzte. Die Wohnung war, was die Sauberkeit angeht auch eher negativ zu bewerten, einmal barfuß durch die Zimmer und man hatte schwarze Fußsohlen! Das Kochgeschirr hatte seine besten Zeiten längst hinter sich und als ich um einen kleinen, sauberen Topf bat, war die Antwort: Ich könnte mir doch am nächsten Tag einen kaufen, wenn ich einen brauche! Vielen Dank dafür! Der bereitgestellte Zahnputzbecher war ebenfalls so schmutzig, dass er einen Würgereiz auslöste und viele der vorhandenen Lampen funktionierten nicht. Nachdem ein Elektriker in der Wohnung gewesen sein soll, gab es ander Decke statt einer Lampe nur noch ein Loch aus dem ein Kabel mit Glühlampe heraus hing. Die Wohnung an sich hat den Charme der Anfang 20er Jahre und bedarf durchaus einer Renovierung. Der angebotene Stellplatz vor dem längst komplett zerbeulten Garangentor ist nur nutzbar, wenn man mit einem Fahrzeug in Größe eines Smart anreist, also sollte man dies nicht mit anbieten. Mal davon abgesehen, dass wir ständig das Gefühl hatten, dass es den Nachbarn eher weniger gefällt, wenn fremde Menschen ihr Haus betreten, würden wir also diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen und finden den Preis dafür mehr als übertrieben und keineswegs angemessen! Oct 03,2023Nice appartment with a marvellous garden and a great view to the see. Ideal for our stay with a dog. Restaurants and magasins are nearby and in good reach. Check-in and check-out without problems: the support by Paola via WhatsApp was friendly and very helpfull.

Oct 02,2023Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite 2 Viareggio , 2 camere una sala con Angolo cottura un bagno ! In centro pieno aria condizionata tutto domotizzato e piastra elettrica ! Eccellente per posizione e per la pulizia ! Luglio 2023 quando c era caldo assurdo L aria condizionata è stato un plus averla ! L assistenza del team happy Rentals forte dei marmi eccellente le pulizie pure . Dobbiamo tornare , grazie

Oct 01,2023Annamaria house si trova a Viareggio, vicino all'Hotel Principe di Piemonte. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza a luglio 2023. Siamo stati bene, però che caldo....sapevamo che non c'era l'aria condizionata perché era scritto sul sito. L'ufficio Forte dei Marmi Happy Rentals si è subito attivato e ci hanno aiutato con ventaltori ma il caldo era davvero esagerato, non era colpa loro e nelle descrizioni della casa c'era scritto. Per il resto tutto ok, le pulizie erano fatte molto bene, e la biancheria era molto bella.

Sep 30,2023Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza con amici ed il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La villetta è situata in collina, la strada di accesso non è praticissima (eravamo stati informati) ma una volta arrivati il panorama che si gode è davvero mozzafiato. Servizio di pulizie ed assistenza dell’ufficio Versilia sempre top (tra l’altro si sono immediatamente attivati per un problema alla catena d’accesso della strada, super efficienti!).

Sep 26,2023Villino degli Ulivi , provincia di Lucca. con un gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato in agosto , la cosa meravigliosa la vista mozzafiato , per fortuna anche se faceva caldo c'era una terrazza molto bella dove cenare la sera e all'interno dell'abitazione c'era aria condizionata . brutta la strada per arrivare , ottima assistenza dell'ufficio di Forte dei Marmi . eccellenti le pulizie , grazie!!

Sep 26,2023Struttura sicuramente molto bella. Comoda la disposizione delle camere, salone molto grande e angolo cottura con tutto il necessario. Comoda la disponibilità di un ampio frigorifero. Molto bello anche lo spazio esterno, con la possibilità di parcheggiare e chiudere l'ampio cancello.

Sep 26,2023eravamo al villino degli ulivi in 2 famiglie per un totale di 7 persone , in agosto . La strada per arrivare sterrata infatti consigliato auto alta ma quando arrivi wow che vista spettacolare ! Le pulizie eccellenti ! L assistenza dell ufficio di forte dei marmi splendida specie quando è andata via la luce perché abbiamo sovraccaricato L impianto! Risolto in 2 minuti anche se ci avevano spiegato tutto ma con video chiamata sono stati top ! Grazie torneremo certamente

Appartamento splendido curato nei particolari, aria condizionata, vista mare, wi-fi, 2 camere e un bagno sala e cucina con terrazzo pranzabile con vista (Bellissima). Sep 20,2023The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The host was very helpful and responded immediately if needed. The area is quiet and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes. It is also possible to rent bikes nearby the house and to reach shops, bars and such that are a bit further away. Overall a very good stay!

Sep 19,2023We had a wonderful summer holiday at the property "Maddlena al mare" in Marina di Pietrasanta. A romantic house with everything needed by a family/friends group, with a nice big garden, two big tables outside at both sides of the house. A fully equipped kitchen, many bathrooms and very comfortable rooms. The beach is very close and a charming shopping street with cafes is just around the corner. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends too. Also apreciated the prompt service of the property agent and his warm attitude. Thank you!

Oct 09,2023Tolle Wohnung, modern eigerichtet, zentral gelegen und unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Zugang Nicht so toll war der Verkehrslärm, auch mitten in der Nacht, Fenster auf kannst du vergessen und die Musik des Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude schon am morgen um 9 Uhr, manchmal bis spät nachts... Die Fenster liessen sich nicht alle öffnen zum Lüften
