Jul 27,2024Happy Rentals Kundenservice angeschrieben: da ist noch eine Lücke bei einem Objekt von 5 Tagen. Wir würden die Lücke buchen, sollen aber laut Automatik noch Aufschlag zahlen. Ist ja eine Miete unterhalb eine Woche. Wir würden es ohne Aufschlag nehmen. Die Antwort ist eine 0815 Standardformulierung. Keine sinnvolle Reaktion. Dann vermietet ihr halt gar nicht.

Jul 23,2024La casa ha dei buoni spazi, anche per una famiglia di 6 persone compresi 2 bambini piccoli, sicuramente la presenza dei 2 bagni compreso quello al piano terra aiuta molto (anche se non è comunicato bene in annuncio la sua presenza). Impianto di condizionatori funziona molto bene, anche se forse ne avrei posizionato uno in corridoio per evitare aria diretta nelle stanze che in estate porta torcicollo o mal di gola. La casa però è un po’ umida nel piano terra dove c'è anche odore di chiuso e nel sottoscala anche di muffa, andrebbe forse fatto qualche trattamento specifico visto che non viene fatta molto arieggiare. Allo stesso modo in estate la mansarda è davvero poco vivibile, soffitto molto basso e ambienta molto caldo, con presenza solo di un ventilatore a pale e piccola finestra. La casa ha tutta la dotazione necessaria per soggiorni anche prolungati, aiuta molto la presenza della lavatrice e lavastoviglie (anche se piccola). Unica cosa il frigo di dimensioni piccole è poco adeguato per il totale di persone prevista nella casa (fino a 6 posti letto) ma non è un problema, così come alcuni letti singoli un pochino scomodi (brandine con molle allentate). Il collegamento a internet (extra a consumo) non è idoneo ad un traffico dati superiore a quello di messaggistica, quindi non valido sicuramente per fare smartworking. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare in giardino auto di piccole dimensioni, mentre in strada il parcheggio non è un problema anche se la via è stretta e con doppio senso di percorrenza. La posizione non è male, una via tranquilla che guarda verso i campi alla fine di Marina di Massa con vista sulle alpi apuane e che risulta molto arieggiata e fresca anche in piena canicola di luglio, anche se la casa dista più dei 700 metri dal mare indicati nel titolo annuncio (da google maps risultano 1,1 km nel percorso a piedi più veloce). Il partner di zona di Happy rentals che gestisce la casa è la parte forte a mio avviso di questa soluzione. Sono persone molto competenti, disponibili e collaborative. Fornisco tutte le informazioni necessarie in modo rapido e tempestivo anche durante il soggiorno per rendere tutto facilmente gestibile e quindi farti godere al meglio la tua permanenza.

Jul 19,202410 giorni di vacanza con la famiglia. Appartamento ben disposto e ben equipaggiato, sito in posizione centrale, a ridosso della zona pedonale e con vista mare. Ottima la pulizia. Essendo situato in centro, dove c'è molto passaggio di persone e veicoli a motore, si percepiscono abbastanza i rumori provenienti dalla strada, a volte, con schiamazzi fino a notte fonda Ma questo è comunque ben sopportabile, considerando tutti gli aspetti positivi della location. Happy Rentals ed il suo staff si sono dimostrati professionali, disponibili e pronti a darti tutte le informazioni utili e necessarie.

Jul 19,2024Happy Holiday team very responsive and helpful! Provided additional information which helped me and my 4 teenagers maximize the holiday! So five stars for the team. Only one issue - not related to team - there is a hornets nest/wasp nest on the balcony of our apartment. Dangerous for guests and for staff!

Jul 18,2024Great place in Malaga og fantastic service. We booked an apartment near Estepona in Costa del Sol. The apartment lived up to our expectations. We had some issues when we arrived, but thanks to Anna, she gave an amazing service and replied very quickly. So if you want to stay somewhere at Costa del Sol, then I can recommend to have a look at the apartments from Happy Rental.

Jul 15,2024Eine sehr schöne Lage, 25 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, wo es alle Arten von Unterhaltung, eine atemberaubende Aussicht und einen großen See gibt. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Küche. In allen Belangen ausgestattet, sehr nette Nachbarn, sehr ruhige Gegend. Es gibt jederzeit Parkplätze, da es dort viele Aktivitäten gibt. موقع جميل جدا ويبعد 25 دقيقة قيادة بالسيارة عن مركز المدينة حيث يوجد كل أنواع الترفيه والمناظر الخلابة والبحيرة الكبيرة ، نظافة جيدة جدا يوجد غسالة ملابس ايضا والمطبخ. مجهز من جميع النواحي، الجيران لطيفين جدا منطقة هادئة جدا ، اوصي به للعائلات الصغيرة المؤلمة كحد أقصى من أربع أشخاص، يوجد موقف سيارات متاح في جميع الأوقات .لقد امضيت خمس أيام هنالك حيث توجد نشاطات عديدة

Jul 14,2024The communication with the local rental team was amazing very personal and easy lovely Anna was fab . We loved the place so much amazing decor ,space and cleanliness. Everything you need from extra towels to saffron to washing tablets to a candle cabinet. Gorgeous place 8 minutes walk to main centre of la cal and 2 minutes from supermarkets. Joanne (Ireland)

Jul 12,2024Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Im Vorfeld die Fragen und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Emna,die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Eine Anmerkung zur Wohnung Miorelli 2 in Torbole hätte ich noch, ein Wäscheständer in der Wohnung wäre toll, da es doch ab und an regnet,und der Wäschehalter am Balkon ja draußen ist. Ansonsten war alles da, was man braucht, die Wohnung war sehr zentral, kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Bäcker, etc... Vielen Dank und nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an Emna. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Jul 11,2024The staff was amazing, very quick to respond and helpful with arrangements. The rental was picturesque, clean with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Everything we could need was a walkable distance, including the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to prepare meals in. Beds were very comfortable and temperature perfect. Very quiet environment.

Jul 11,2024We booked the Paradiso Incanto in Lugano over AirBNB from Happy.rentals and encountred these issues: No privat parking as advertised No working wifi as advertised Mold and waterdamage in two rooms Mold in the coffee machine In gerneral not clean Bathroom door cloudn't be opened or closed Strip club in the ground floor Happy.rentals didn't care at all, so we called AirBnB. AirBnB requested a refund for us because we left after 1 day and "suddenly" happy.rentals can't refund nor accept the refund in 72h nor answer the e-mails. AirBnB doesn't proceed the refund because Happy.rentals doesn't give the money back. We are talking about 1650.- Edit: "Some works on the road" doesn't explain mold in the room and coffee machine, non working wifi, non working toilet door, a blocked parking spot etc. We contacted Ivan L. directly via phone and he claimed to know nothing about the whole story. Not to mention that he was rude. We also contacted happy.rentals and swisspropertysolutions via e-mail on July 8. No one bothered to answer! It's been over 1 month and no one wanted to give any statement nor did we receive the refund of 1650.-, but suddenly after our bank demands a chargeback everyone wants to talk. What a surprise.

Jul 08,2024Well where to start…. We had the most amazing time in Villa Erika. I was apprehensive as we had two babies a 4 year old and nine year old with us, but I need not have worried ANGELO was amazing , he was fantastic if we had any queries he replied back immediately, he couldn’t have been more helpful. The Villa itself was a dream, with the garden where the children could play ballgames, go on the swings, hammock not to forget the children’s pool where they played morning, noon and night. There was so much space in side and outside, we were a party of 5 adults and 4 children, but there was plenty of room for other people to comfortably stay. The beautiful sandy beach is literally a five minute walk from Villa. The Airport is only 35 minute drive (which was great with children) I would highly recommend hiring a car to travel to the beautiful towns surrounding the area ( our favorite was Alberobello ( a must to visit) 1 hour 20 min drive, I would highly recommend.

Jul 06,2024Happy rentals sent me all the information I needed even before I left for Italy so I did not have to worry about receiving information just days before. They sent me clear instructions on what to expect and of the appliances in the house. While we were at the property, any questions we had were answered right away and Gianluca responded to me no matter the time of day.Their service was wonderful We would not hesitate to rent from Happy Rentals again.
