Sep 14,2023I would advise anyone considering renting through this company to stop right there. We were robbed as we slept in our beds by two men who clearly knew the layout. Happy Rentals did absolutely nothing to help us infarct they told us not to contact them DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY We had approx £12,000 of personal items stolen and we have it on video. They spent 30 mins in 3 bedrooms while we slept. So scary!!!!!!! The reply from you isn't fact. The keys to one of the entrances were found lying outside the door. All doors were locked from the inside.Your man on site seemed to think they had come from the field behind the house and they had put the fence back again. Strange The owner did not go to the police with us the woman from the CCTV company came with us. There is no doubt this was an inside job and how you can say it wasn't is beyond belief. We offered the police the CCTV evidence which they didn't wish to see. Thankfully Airbnb viewed the CCTV. The truth is people who knew the very quirky layout of the property entered and robbed us while we slept. I hope you take care of anyone who feels it's worth the risk of renting from you in the future.

Sep 11,2023ho avuto il dispiacere di soggiornare in un appartamento ad Alassio. l'appartamento era carino, pulito male ma carino....wi-fi inesistente ! abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni al sig. Anthony e ci ha detto che quello era, prendere o lasciare , in maniera anche molto arrogante . Peccato che dovevo collegarmi e gestire mia figlia con i cartoni ed un hot-spot è stato difficile. Sep 10,2023Purtroppo ci hanno venduto una casa sapendo che viaggiavamo con i nostri cani da per therapy dicendo che il giardino era recintato Invece non era vero. Sapevano che avevamo due persone anziane ci hanno detto che la casa era adatta perché tutta ad un piano ed invece non era vero. Arrivati un degrado pauroso il giardino pieno di rovi lla scala dell'accesso al mare completamente rotta e con uno scalino mancante. Quindi le persone anziane non sarebbero potute andare in spiaggia. Il pozzo nero nei bagni che non andava via. Abbiamo telefonato all'agenzia ma non ci hanno risolto i problemi. Inoltre dopo alcune telefonate per le mie rimostranze hanno smesso di rispondere, ho dovuto chiamare con un altro numero.Il responsabile di zona il Sig. Mauri dopo che le ho inviato le foto del degrado invece di telefonarmi per cercare di risolvere il problema mi ha bloccato le telefonate e su WhatsApp. Per fortuna poi siamo riusciti a contattare il proprietario che è stato molto gentile e si è adoperato per sistemare tutto. Sconsiglio assolutamente di fare prenotazioni con questa agenzia che non tutelano il consumatore ma sono soltanto buoni a prendere soldi. Se non trovavamo sul posto un parente del proprietario che lo ha chiamato saremmo dovuti tornare a casa senza fare le nostre vacanze. E comunque il nostro primo giorno di vacanza se ne è andato tra un arrabbiatura e l'altra e il secondo se ne andrà per finire di sistemare tutto. Provvederò a richiedere la quota dei due giorni di vacanza pagati ma non fatti.

Sep 09,2023Our family group of three had a lovely relaxing 10-day stay in Suite Ondina 2, Viareggio, Italy in late August/early September 2023. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. It was within a 5-minute walk to the beach services and was also very close to shops, stores, restaurants, and also to the bus terminus. Happy Rentals staff members Leonardo and Gianluca were very friendly and helpful in providing answers to information requests. Our sincere thanks to Gianluca who arranged delivery of the apartment keys to us at Pisa Airport and also arranged transport to Viareggio from there as a thunder storm had caused major disruption in the area. We will definitely stay in this apartment again.

Sep 09,2023Siamo stati con amici a Villa Pallina, a Massarosa. Che Villa!! Piscina e biliardo! E poi stanze grandi, giardino, tutto molto bello. Servizi top, coccolati fin dal primo giorno. La consiglio per una vacanza con gli amici, con tanto di torneo di biliardo!

Aug 31,2023Abbiamo scelto Villa Angela , immersa nel verde di Manciano provincia di Grosseto , villa con bellissima piscina, campo di calcio, tennis e palestra . Ideale per soggiorno con amici e amiche ! Aria condizionata e tanto sole ! Siamo stati molto bene ! Abbiamo avuto dei problemi ma risolti subito tramite assistenza dell ufficio happy Rentals di Forte dei marmi che ci hanno supportato immediatamente! Veramente soddisfatto!!!

Aug 28,2023Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach wunderbar! Sie ist perfekt für Familien mit Hunden geeignet und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle. Die beiden geräumigen Zimmer und die gemütliche Terrasse sind ein echtes Highlight, ebenso wie die gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Strand ist nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wenn Sie mit Ihrem Hund unterwegs sind, ist auch ein Hundestrand in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir sind wirklich dankbar für diesen schönen Urlaub und können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Aug 24,2023Porto Letizia Ortensia 3 gebucht über Happy Rentals Die Wohnung war schmutzig, Geschirr nicht sauber, große Schimmelflecken an der Wand die überstrichen worden sind, schimmelige Fugen im Bad, Salpeter an den Wänden, brummender Kühlschrank im Schlafbereich der nicht richtig kühlt und nicht abschaltet, Küchenschaben, schwarze Käfer, Ungeziefer im Bett, modriger Geruch. Sehr unverschämter Hausverwalter der uns beschimpfte, es wurde kein Lösungsvorschlag angeboten. Es waren grauenvolle 4 Nächte die wir gewartet haben bis uns seitens Happy Rentals geholfen wird, aber leider hat uns hier niemand geholfen, es wurde kein Apartment angeboten obwohl welche frei waren. Wir mussten dann den Urlaub frühzeitig abbrechen, unser Urlaub war somit gelaufen.
