May 29,2024Immaginate un borgo su una collina nel cuore della Toscana , circondato da paesaggi spettacolari e una natura incontaminata con un ricco patrimonio di tradizioni: questo è San Vivaldo. In questo borgo si trova LA CASA DELLA QUERCIA immensa nel verde della campagna . Un luogo di totale relax dove poter stare a contatto con la natura e nel contempo ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le più importanti città d’arte della Toscana. La casa , ristrutturata in maniera maniacale e con una cura attenta ai dettagli è dotata di tutto quello che può servire per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Le camere sono pulite e arredate in perfetto stile con il luogo. Da apprezzare la zona comune provvista di sala biliardo e biliardino. Gestita da Margherita persona garbata, gentile disponibile che ti accoglie e ti fa sentire a casa. Ottima cuoca ci ha deliziato con i suoi dolci squisiti. Accoglienza, posizione, comfort e privacy fanno di questo posto un angolo di paradiso.

May 26,2024Tout est idéal dans cet appartement : l'emplacement à moins de 100 m de la zone piétonne, la propreté irréprochable, la superficie, la terrasse face au Mont Blanc, les toilettes indépendantes, le parking privé et couvert, l'équipement complet de la cuisine et un excellent rapport qualité / prix !

May 16,2024Not "Happy Rental". We booked this place for the swimming pool and the SPA to find out on arrival that they were both closed. We were told the pool was broken and could not be fixed because of bank holidays but found our later that all the staff had quit few days before. There was no staff on site at all, no reception, the game room was closed. Looked like an abandoned place. I needed to use the laundry room but there was nowhere to buy the tokens. The SPA has also lost its accreditation. We ended up having to bring the kids to a pool 20 kms away and book a spa half an hour away. I have been trying to get a refund since but despite agreeing for a full refund they only transferred 15%. It is disgraceful. DO NOT BOOK this place as I am not even sure they maintain it. There was a leak in the garage and it was getting more and more flooded everyday, UPDATE following Happy Rental reply. I was never offered a free cancelation and we got notified few hours before our arrival that the pool was closed. I came from Ireland and had no other options. The town was not quiet at all as it was a long bank holiday weekend. We took the train and it was packed. The issue now is not only the pool but all the lies. Someone living in the resort told us all the staff had quit few days before. the SPA was not available to book either. I was refunded 15%, such a joke!

May 16,2024Casa la quercia - San Vivaldo Magnifica posizione, San Vivaldo è un piccolo borgo nel cuore della toscana isolato dal mondo ma al contempo molto comodo per visitare Volterra, San Giminiano, Poggibonsi. La Casa La Quercia, è immersa tra le colline e gli uliveti in una oasi di verde e di relax. La casa è magnifica, curata in ogni dettaglio e fornita di tutto ciò che può servire. Oltre all’immenso parco c’è anche una parte in comune nel bel cortile della casa colonica. Deliziosa l’attenzione dei proprietari che ci hanno accolto come in una grande famiglia. Bravissima Margherita, attenta e pronta ad esaudire ogni nostro desiderio, a partire dalla squisita colazione! Grazie, a presto! Laura

May 16,2024Amazing place and great hospitality, the apartments are awesome with all the comforts. It’s the perfect location for couples and families looking for peace and quiet in nature. We visited some interesting places in this area such as San Regolo Church, Santuario della Pietrina, Maneggio RidingTuscany and of course the magnificent San Gimignano. Posto fantastico e grande ospitalità. Gli appartamenti sono meravigliosi con tutti i comforts. La località perfetta per coppie e famiglie che stanno cercando un posto silenzioso dove trascorrere giornate indimenticabili nella natura che contraddistingue questa zona. Tanti luoghi di interesse storico e culturale da visitare nelle vicinanze come la Chiesa di San Regolo, Santuario della Pietrina, Maneggio e la famosissima San Gimignano.

May 13,2024L'appartement est comme neuf. Il est grand, avec une bonne répartition de l'espace. 2 salles de bain, ce qui est appréciable avec des enfants. Il y a 2 grands balcons qui permettent de profiter des beaux jours. Pas de parking de plus d'1h sur place mais un parking public à 800m. Il y a un supermarché Tigros juste à côté à pied, très pratique. La récupération des clés peut se faire facilement par une boîte à clefs en accès indépendant. L'agence a toujours répondu très rapidement sur Whatsapp. La gare et le port pour les ferrys qui emmènent piétons et voitures du côté de Verbania (quartier Intra), qui permettent d'accéder é Pallanza, îles Borromées, Stressa. N'hésitez pas à prendre le billet accès illimité pour le ferry. En point d'amélioration, mineurs: - Nous n'avons pas trouvé de serpillère pour nettoyer l'appartement. Il y a un aspirateur/balai. - Il y a un four micro-ondes mais pas de prise électrique pour le brancher. Il faut déplacer le four pour s'en servir. En résumé, un excellemt séjour pour découvrir le lac majeur.

Subito dopo aver prenotato sono stata contattata e ho avuto più attenzioni, informazioni e consigli di quanto mi sia mai capitato. Il soggiorno nel centro della Toscana a pochi km da San Gimignano e Volterra è stato stupendo! La casa luminosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort è davvero incantevole e immersa nella pace della natura. Margherita, la nostra host è una persona a dir poco meravigliosa! 🔝🔝🔝

Feb 27,2024Suite ONDINA 2 - Via San Francesco 10 - VIAREGGIO Super sejour dans cet appartement très moderne, super propre, bien équipé, très spacieux, bien agencé et confortable. Proche de la mer, des commerces, au centre ville. Pas loin de station de train. Parfait pour ce reposer et découvrir la région. On est venu pour le magnifique Carnaval de Viareggio. Un grand merci pour l'équipe de Happy.Rentals juste parfaite ! Très disponible et prête à vous accompagner et à vous aider pour toutes les questions et besoins. Je recommande vivement !
