Aug 26,2022THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Having read the glowing reviews below I do not recognise any of this. Jason, Charlie and Harbor made so many rookie mistakes and serious errors with the sale of our family property. I am left with the overall impression that they are a bunch of hapless amateurs. Not bad people. But dangerous and damaging to the sale process. I could list dozens of errors and mistakes they made some of the lowlights are, losing the for sale boards for 4 days, then putting them up in the wrong place, over valuing our property resulting in a significant reduction in the price. There are many, many more. When you read this honest review, I can only advise you BEFORE you sign up with this mob take a step back. If you decide go with Harbor then so be it. BUT DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!

Aug 15,2022On reflection after selling and buying my new place via harbor I am glad I made the decision to use this company. From the first time I spoke with Jason when enquiring about a property I was impressed with what they had to offer. I hate being sold to, normally I instantly switch off but after a detailed conversation with Jason it felt different from every other estate agent that sounds as if they are being forced to ask you who you are selling your property with, this felt genuine. A genuine Interest in what was important to me and what the team could do to make it easier for me to firstly sell my property and support me getting my next home. Charlie who came to value my home was immense from the first time I met him all the way through to handing my keys over to him. No question went unanswered throughout my time period dealing with Charlie who is simply a credit to Harbor. Nothing felt forced, nothing seemed too difficult and I came away feeling at times this might be to good to be true but genuinely what is traditionally a stressful time felt easy. Top class service from the first call to the final handshake. Thank you

Aug 10,2022I can’t recommend Harbor Property enough! Claire, Charlie, and the rest of the team were so helpful throughout the entire process of overseeing our purchase and move-in of our new home. They always seemed happy to help, and were quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They were kind and polite in their manner, which was very helpful for us as we dealt with the stress that this process can sometimes involve.

From the first time walking into harborproperty I was greeted by Charlie with a big friendly smile and who made to feel at ease. Selling my family home was a big thing for me,and I didn't know what to expect or how to go about it . harborproperty made this so easy for me, I would say that they too me by the hand all the way .it is a family run business and they are all so very nice actually made me feel like one of the family. harborproperty helped me with arranging (Everything ) they were on the phone to me most days making sure I was OK keeping me up to date with everything . Aug 31,2022We met Jason at our Home. great guy, down to earth and honest. He said he would go that extra mile and did so. Got a 'great' offer. More than expected, because of Jason. He kept us right, when we thought we knew. We found a new home, offer accepted..Whooppee...Three days before moving, it fell through...Total Disaster, The buyer had to pull out!!...Step in Jason...found another buyer, still got us a good price. He and Claire from the team kept in regular contact, were always available, were very helpful and supportive in a very stressful time. Jason especially, showed how committed he is to selling your property with a customer service that is second to none. I would recommend Harbour Property to anyone. Well Done guys.
