Dec 02,2021Decided to sell my rental property in the summer and, not having sold a property for 40 years, needed guidance. Saw Harbor Property was rated well on online survey sites and decided to use them. From the initial contact to the final sale yesterday, I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism shown by all staff. The most important part of the process for me was the level of communication shown, either by frequent calls or emails, to make sure I was involved and informed in every aspect. The first offer fell through but the property was immediately put back on the market and soon got a new offer at a slightly higher value than I expected. Staff also checked with my solicitor and buyers team to ensure the sale was progressing as quickly as solicitors manage. I would certainly recommend Harbor Property and will certainly use them again if I need to sell. Excellent work.

Nov 13,2021We recently sold our house through Harbor Property and were delighted with the service we received. We spoke with a number of estate agents prior to selling and chose Harbor largely because of the initial meeting with Jason where his professionalism made him stand out from his competitors - not only did he show an interest in our property, he took the time to find out a bit about ourselves and showed amazing patience with our 2 year old son who hadn’t experienced many recent visitors to our home due to covid (not easy at all!😊). He had also clearly done his homework - he knew what we’d paid for our home and he knew what similar properties in our area had sold for. His valuation of our home and forecast of what price we could achieve was higher than what the other estate agents predicted and more importantly, he was absolutely correct - he knows his market exceptionally well. Through no fault of our’s or Harbor’s, our first sale fell through but Jason and his team helped us re-market and sell again quickly. Not only that, he almost single handedly kept the entire chain alive by communicating with everyone involved, other estate agents, solicitors etc and showed a remarkable willingness to go above and beyond and help us secure the perfect home for our young family. Without his help, I think the purchase of our dream home would have fallen through. As well as selling our house with Harbor, we purchased through them too and can honestly say that Harbor will 100% attempt to maximise the value of the property they are selling. Throughout the process of selling, the office team were great at giving feedback and advice on viewings and even after our property was sold Angela, the office manager, was fantastic at keeping in touch to make sure everything was running as smoothly as possible right up to our moving in day, foreseeing potential glitches and making sure the final steps, the exchange of keys etc were as stress free as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harbor Property to anyone looking to sell their home.
