Excellent service - Hardisty took over a small development from a previous agent. They sold all of the units at (or very close to) asking price. I would highly recommend them. Rebecca Did a great job with excellent communication.

Joe was assigned my sale and I really felt like he worked hard to get the sale through. I had a difficult sale with the house being quite niche - a one bed cottage, and needing a quick sale due to moving for work / a new relationship. The house sale fell through once due to the mortgage crisis and Joe was really positive and helped keep my mood up despite it being a hard time! Just genuinely glad to get it over the line.

Really helpful and attentive, kept in the loop better than most agents and chased purchasers solicitors when necessary. Dealt with the added complication of a block management company and help to buy scheme.

I found the whole sale and dealings with Hardisty frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Rebecca was supposed to be our contact, however throughout the whole sale, which took far longer than it should, was always “on the phone”, unavailable or out for lunch, but she would ring me back. She never rang me back. Therefore dealt with other staff, who didn’t know what was going on and seemed reluctant/incapable of challenging the vendor and their solicitors who were holding up the sale. This caused a considerable delay. I would not recommended Hardisty to any friends or family and would certainly not use them myself.

Worked with Hardistys recently for a sale and onward purchase. The team were knowledgeable, provided excellent service and really helped to reduce the stress that inevitably comes with buying and selling. Phil in particular was outstanding in his management of some very tricky bumps in the road. Would use again in the future and highly recommend for a fantastic local team.
