Hardisty and Co pulled out all the stops to help market and sell the bungalow. Roxy our contact looked after us during the whole process from beginning to end going beyond the call of duty to keep us informed of what was happening also helping get a plumber in for us to enable a check on the boiler and gas fire.

Roxy went above and beyond what she needed to do in keeping us informed often contacting us with updates without us having even to ask, responding to emails from ourselves promptly, often within a couple of hours and chasing solicitors etc on our behalf. I had dealt with them previously as a first time buyer so already had some confidence that the service would be good. Danny did our initial evaluation and was really helpful with explaining the sales process to us. The turnaround for then getting the pictures taken and putting the house on the market was so quick. Inez, our sales progressor, was exceptional. Moving home on the whole is stressful and I honestly can't say enough about how much she helped us through the process. She really helped to ensure things ran smoothly and handled the whole situation with a great deal of empathy and professionalism. Her updates were consistent and regular. She gave clear, concise comms throughout, both via telephone and email. I knew I could trust her to articulate any feedback/updates in the appropriate way. We had numerous setbacks with our original onwards purchase, but Inez went above and beyond to get us the information and clarity we needed - this then enabled us to make a difficult decision to pull out of the chain. She managed the expectations of our buyer really well throughout this, and now ultimately we are happy in our new home! Thank you so much!

We had a large amount of interest for our property and we were made aware of all the bookings by texts which was very useful to organise ourselves. The communication has been a strong point from the beginning to the end and it was very easy to speak to someone when required. We are also satisfied with the advise that we received regarding negociating the price of our house with the buyers. Kat Chvapil conducted our valuation and was extremely professional & organised - she ensured that she had taken every detail of the house so that when we confirmed we would be progressing with Hardisty as our selling Agent, they were able to get us listed within 24 hours. They organised for their professional photographer to visit at 9am the morning after we gave confirmation which was very much appreciated as we wanted to get our house onto the market asap having found the property we wanted to buy. Communication between every member of the Hardisty team & myself has been excellent and they couldn't have made this process any easier. We had viewings booked straight away and we are at the point of full & final offers just 3 days after the first viewing - the process has taken 6 days in total from valuation to the cut off point for offers. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I couldn't recommend Hardisty more, thank you so much!
