She has gone above and beyond to keep us well informed, be supportive and there to sort out numerous issues that have cropped up along the way. She has made what they say is one of the most stressful times in someone’s life (and we’d agree) manageable and more positive for us! Eternally grateful Inez thankyou!

Jan 26,2024Reviewing from a seller’s perspective. Hardisty are a good agent in Leeds - the initial contact was smooth. However, once I signed the contract and was passed onto another sales agent, there was less interaction and I had to chase several times for feedback from viewings. I didn’t get the feeling that the agent was particularly bothered about selling my property. Things got much better once an offer was accepted (after two rounds of price reductions). Roxy from the sales progression team was great to work with, on top of things and a good communicator. Overall, I think I should’ve asked to switch sales agent once it became clear that the agent handling my case was not a good fit for me.

Nov 21,2023Likes: Inez is a fantastic sales progressor with common sense, empathy and a hard working attitude. She was always at the other end of the phone and we can't thank her enough. Helen (before she left) helped us secure a chain for our onward purchase. Her support and advice on the process were second to none. Friendly staff when answering the phones and assisting with enquiries. Dislikes: Very keen to overvalue the property and reduced asking price within three weeks of going live. This did get us more viewings and subsequently an offer but we could have had offers a month in advance if the price was right to begin with. Asked for multiple viewings of different properties whilst I was on the market and never received a response. Brought this up and still wasn't offered to view. (Which worked out for the best as we found a house with another agent, but at the time when you're in the thick of selling and buying you can't see the wood for the trees.) First agent assigned to our sale was unresponsive, dismissive as though they couldn't care less and didn't give regular updates about our sale unless pushed. A complaint to the branch manager rectified this.

Nov 01,2023The person progressing the purchase (Inez) was really good. She was quick to respond and understanding of my requirements. One drawback was the availability of the seller to respond to questions via Hardisty at the crunch point of the sale. This could have been given more urgency as I felt as though the seller had “washed their hands of the purchase”. I had standing water in the basement on the move-in date and asked via Hardisty if the seller could comment on whether this was an issue previously. I never got a response back from Hardisty.
