I’m very happy I went with HBS and I plan on keeping everything with them for the lifetime of my LLC since they make staying in compliance so easy. HBS got my llc completed in a few days - much faster than expected. They were also much cheaper than services like Stripe Atlas. For $278 I got an llc and an EIN number. As someone operating from abroad this was as easy, if not easier, than Stripe Atlas who charges $500 (Stripe Atlas will not open an llc for a non American, only Inc.) and signs you up with Silicone Valley Bank who’s fees are significantly higher than alternatives. If you’re setting up an llc, especially as a foreign national, there’s no better service to use than HBS. Ten out of ten!
