Jun 21,2019I initially chose to register this company with Harvard Business services because, as part of a family business myself, I have an implicit trust in the expected customer service provided when owners are still involved in the business. As it turned out - I had two brief telephone interactions with two employees (Annette and Andrew Millman) - Andrew in particular displaying an impressive dedication by rushing my registration in a few minutes - some even past the 5pm closing hour. If HBS's employees (2 out of 2 good experiences probably equalling 100%) behave more as shareholders than as employees - whether they receive a commission or not - I can only congratulate the owners on such successful hiring and motivating of their staff.
