May 21,2022Using this firm for serval Years now, they always make sure all taxes are paid, have outstanding online support chat and emails responded in just a day, if somethings can't be done, they will tell you upfront, keeping it clean and free of surprises, the back office is clean and easy to understand.

May 22,2021Hi Harvard Business said they would send me DOC that had to be electronically signed 3 days ago for application of my EIN number, I have paid for the service, but I have not received.... I called 3x email 3x and they all promised They will resend, but nothing came through... I went into my portal then saw i had to pay for the service again, so paid for it again and still didn't get the email. Now there is another request for payment for the exact same service, so its the 3rd time , should I pay it for the 3rd time? (239008 is my account number) Somebody help me :+27828297977 (Eric South Africa)

They can answer questions about company formations in Delaware on multiple levels and they know it all as they have been doing this for 30+ years. Their communication with client is also excellent as they will remind you through email on what you need to do keep your company in-check with the state you registered in. Harvard Business Services ROCKS!!

Sep 18,2020I give 1 star!! May be I'm not the lucky one but, now over a month since I made payment still no EIN. I sent a mail to customer service no response! It's so frustrating. I know they put some pop up messages for delay due to Covid...can we at least have an idea if it will take 2 months, 6 months so that we can decide to pay our money with you or not?!

Sep 10,2020I am extremely sad to write this review. Especially since I noticed they have a lot of good reviews and have treated fairly and very well several customers. Unfortunately we happen not to be on the lucky list. We incorporated with them and paid for the full package , one in which they claim to offer lifetime support. Well the support ceased after less than a year. We expected far better service of them. The customer service representatives were not helpful and dismissive . This is our honest opinion

Jun 07,2022It was great experience for me. I opened my first company with their assistance. It was far better and cheaper to deal with. Very friendly and direct communication. You just need to know whom and what you should ask.
