This is not a company that takes your money and throws you your LLC's paperwork, instead, they are a group that asks questions in order to make sure you are covering all your basis. They helped me form my LLC within a matter of days!

I AM VERY UNHAPPY due to the following: 1) I received a confirmation from Harvard Business Services that our business "World Distribution GHT, LLC" was registered with the SOS Delaware on 1/02/2020. 2) I/we signed the Form SS-4 (Application for EIN) on 1/11/2020. 3) Until now, 1/18/2020, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY EIN number. In California, we get the EIN number on the same day we register our business. 4) I'm travelling all the time, If you need to contact me for any problem, you have my phone number. For any emergency, you can also call my CFO, HermieTalledo,at 626-622-5802. 5) I NEED MY EIN NUMBER ASAP!!! Time is very important, in business you can't do anything without a bank account!!!
