I’ve used Harvard business services for 3 business. Their service is one I don’t think about, it’s not on my radar every month. Honestly, other than paying the registered agent fee, I never think about them. The best services are the ones that operate so smoothly a business owner doesn’t notice. Harvard Business Services has been one of the few services within our business that achieve this.

Extremely quick and efficient. All of the requests I've submitted have been processed within about a day. After ordering my incorporation kit, I realized that I would be out of the country when it was scheduled to arrive in the mail. I called to have HBS hold my kit until I returned. They were happy to do it, but forgot to send it when I was scheduled to return. I called up, and they over-night shipped it to me. I guess there was a hiccup in their mailing department, because a week later I got another incorporation kit! I'm not complaining - now I have a backup.

When I decided to register my company; at first I tried many options, HBS gave me full package of services which was very helpful and professional, especially when they finished the registrations and sent me all document to my country within 5 days, also their quick online support, they responded to my questions within one hour.
