Had a great experience with Tom who was sent by ATAG to repair an intermittent issue. Tom was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue and did a great job with the repair. He was very polite, respectful and professional.

This is the first time I've used Harveys Heating & Plumbing and the experience has been totally positive. The time taken from discovering a plumbing problem to the arrival of two engineers was well under three hours. They were smartly turned out, polite and knowledgeable. Suffice to say, the issue was fully resolved and the charge not unreasonable. I'd definitely call on Harveys again in the event of a plumbing or heating emergency.

Tom undertook our annual boiler inspection and he replaced a couple of components. He was polite and attentive to our enquiries. We are very happy with the service he and Harveys supplied. Will definitely use again.

Harvey's phoned me as a reminder that our boiler service was due , the service was arranged for the following day. They are always efficient and the turn around time for someone to come out to your property is never delayed. Tom was our engineer and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have used them for three years and can highly recommend them.

Both professional and friendly - office and engineers. Always fully answer questions. Polite. Clean up after work completed. Engineers always call to give ETA.

I needed a power flush to my heating system and was able to get that booked in within 3 days. Office staff very helpful. Two lads attended, worked hard all day, extremely polite and pleasant. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had an emergency leak from our boiler on a Sunday, which required immediate attention. Whilst most plumbers didn’t pick up, Tom arrived within the hour, identified the problem and secured the boiler and the leak. Excellent, friendly service. Tidy, efficient worker. Would highly recommend.
