Feb 03,2023What a wonderful man William Harvey is he advised me on every aspect of the job he went above the call of duty I’m hoping something actually goes wrong so I can call him back to see that lovely cheeky smile of his In fact I might even bust a few pipes in the hope he attends He does things so cheap I’m so surprised how he earns any money He has been suffering with a bad toe but never the less he ran around like a headless chicken just to please me I just wish the youth of today had his get up and go then this country wouldn’t be where it is now He didn’t even stop for a cuppa or a sandwich What a legend I’m so surprised at his agility bearing his age If they did more than a five star rating he would get gazillions (if that’s a word) I think whatever comes from his loins would also be a super star I definitely would recommend him Well done William

Jan 17,2023Had to get my boiler changed as it was faulty and beyond repair. The ladies in the office, Bill, Josh and Tom, were all the most genuine and sincere group of people you will ever come across. Provided excellent customer service throughout. On the day of installation, Tom was just the perfect engineer, worked very professionally, conscientious and possessed excellent workmanship. Each one of them lives by their slogan. For instance, they had to remove the items from one of my cupboards during installation and after they finished placed them back even more perfectly than what it was before which is unheard of. For someone who finds it difficult to trust workmen due to previous experiences; you can trust Harveys with your eyes closed. Thank you so much to each one of you. Don't go anywhere else, Harveys will not disappoint you. THANK YOU to you all. Wishing you more prosperity and success

Nov 07,2022I booked a boiler and Cylinder service with Harvey’s. Booking was easy with the office staff, I was given a 9am to 12pm slot and Josh phoned 15 minutes before he was due to arrive. He tested the equipment and also contacted the office for a possible quote for additional work. He was very polite, informative and tidy as he protected worktops. I was emailed the paperwork for the service the same day.
