Charlie from Harveys Plumbing arrived within two hours of our call for an emergency call-out, and promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired the water leak. We would definitely recommend this company, and especially Charlie who was both friendly and knowledgeable.

May 20,2018We first came across Harvey's when they were sent by our insurers to undertake an emergency repair of a toilet. They dealt with the issue promptly and we were so impressed that we now use them for all our plumbing and heating works. Over the years, this has included boiler servicing, tap changes and external pipework. Their service is top class, their charging is reasonable/transparent and Tom (who usually attends) is extremely polite and helpful. They are a pleasure to do business with and I wish all companies could be like Harvey's.

May 18,2018Excellent customer service and skilled engineers. Harveys have been doing my gas safety check for the past 3 years and they've also attended a couple of breakdown call outs. Each time I have had Tom who is respectful, polite and friendly. Calls to the office have been dealt with in a friendly professional manner. Keep up the good work.

Feb 21,2018Bill from Harvey’s attended my broken boiler - I was pretty miserable with no hot water or heating in mid-February! Bill was friendly and polite, fixed the issue quickly and even took time to explain the mechanics behind it. Very happy with Harvey’s service and will definitely use again!

Jan 31,2018The guys at Harveys are first rate. I’ve had them out for a few jobs since I moved into my new house but the latest callout they were amazing. Woke up to find a burst pipe with water pouring through my ceiling downstairs, called Harveys at 8am and they were round within the hour... leak located, isolated and fixed before the end of the day... couldn’t fault their work!

We have lived in our house for 18 years and most of that time the heating was below par - since Harvey’s cleaned the system we are now so warm, there are occasions we have to turn the heat down - never done that before!

They are extremely thorough and always explain everything in user-friendly language both before and after the work and are always willing to answer any queries I may have. Oct 04,2017I was recommended last year to this company by my Insurance Co., so pleased that i employed them again this year. They fitted a new boiler giving much advice on choice. . Their Gas Engineer Tom could not have been more thorough, efficient and tidy. Engineer Charlie flushed and cleaned the radiators prior to boiler installation and showed photos of the cleaning stages proving it had been done properly. Both these men are a credit to the company.All members of the company are very helpful and. I have no hesitation of highly recommending them. Paula Howard

Sep 21,2017Can't sing praises enough for this company; have had their engineer Tom to carry out an annual gas safety check & then a few days later a full service on boiler + supply & fit a wireless room 'stat & receiver for an elderly gentleman. Tom took time and patience to explain the workings of new bits & bobs, was very professional, efficient & courteous throughout, no mess. Prompt service from office throughout & I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.
