May 28,2023Ever since my original installer of my boiler was "too busy" to come out, which was a bit off, Atag recommended Harveys. I have have had fantastic service for four years now. Myself having been an engineer can spot a tradesman. Tom is, he explains everything to me, and because of my own personal knowledge I can say this guy is the tops. I wouldn't even think of going elsewhere now. Honest, reliable, friendly. Also thank you to the office staff who are really on the ball with responding to calls.

May 25,2023We recently needed our boiler to be repaired and ATAG recommended Harvey's Plumbing and Heating. I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service we received. The young man, Tom, who came was efficient and honest. He was friendly, polite and very professional. I would most certainly recommend this Company to others.

May 19,2023We have been without hot water which was first thought to be an electrical problem as it kept tripping the electric, after waiting for the electricians for quite a while they finally said it was a plumbing issue. As soon as Harvey’s had the job they made us a priority as they were aware we had been without hot water, a new cylinder had to be fitted which they did as soon as possible.The two plumbers worked really hard insisted on leaving it all lovely and tidy greats guys, very polite, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend them if you need a plumber.

May 15,2023Tom and his team were first class, from the initial visit to the fitting of our boiler , superb customer service explaining the procedure, answering all questions professionally. The fitting was excellent the guys did a magnificent job , I cannot speak more highly and would recommend them to anyone!

Apr 28,2023Harveys Plumbing & Heating are the Superheroes of Plumbing!! Woke up at 7am to a leak behind my shower. It was pouring down the wall behind my bathroom. I screamed & I cried 😞 I called Harveys, spoke to the lovely Tom and within 30 mins the fabulous Scott was in my house reassuring me that he had everything under control. Within 40 mins, Scott had fixed the issue. I suffer with extreme anxiety but these guys put me at ease with their calm and professional nature. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very honest people. Harveys saved me today. Thank you Tom, thank you Scott 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Mar 21,2023We needed a new part for our boiler as it had seized up. Harveys we’re assigned to us from the boiler company (it was under warranty with ATAG). The lady that called to book in the appointment was courteous, and the man who came to fix the boiler was really friendly and explained what the issue had been. Wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Harveys.

Mar 16,2023Following a request for a quote to install a new boiler, at last a company that does what it says it would. The quote listing each item required for the installation and priced accordingly. At all times the team,Mr. Harvey,Tom and Scott made sure my wife and I we’re comfortable with all that was taken place even staying late on a number of occasions to ensure we had heat and hot water. Following the installation you wouldn’t now know they had been with all the place made tidy before they left. You have with this company the ‘A’ team.
