Aug 31,2018Experienced the excellent of this company and the plumber Tom when we made a call to our Emergency house cover. Cannot speak highly enough, the plumber was out within 2.5 hours of my original call. He was professional but friendly introducing himself when I opened the door. He explained that he was going to have a look at the problem and then let me know what it was. This he did in simple terms and explained what he was going to do to solve it, giving me an estimated time of compilation. When the work was complete he showed me a photograph of the cistern prior to completion of the work and then post completion. ( Unsure if this was the usual service or if in fact it was because I had a bad leg and had said I had trouble getting upstairs, if this was the case then even more gold starts for extra consideration !! Have taken a card and will definitely use again in or out of insurance cover. Highly recommend.
