Very thorough, professional and tidy service. The engineer explained what was needed and sorted out our plumbing problem promptly and efficiently. The friendly office kept us informed about appointments and were very helpful in contacting Thames Water, which was necessary in our case. Highly recommended.

excellent service, communication was via phone calls and regular text updates keeping us informed of the progress at all times - this is a family run business with honest working ethics, the work to our boiler was carried out to a high standard, the gas engineer was very polite and extremely informative- I would highly recommend this company.

This is the first time I used this company and work completed on time as promised. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite, specially wanted to mention engineer Tom as he was very knowledgeable and I was given honest advise about the work involved and cost of repairing the boiler. Excellent service therefore I give 5 stars to this company.
