Sep 28,2024This is by far the worst firm I have ever encountered. If I could, I would give them zero stars. Don’t be misled by the fake reviews. Their only concern is taking your money without providing any meaningful legal service. I was charged an exorbitant amount for what felt like mere conversations. My initial interaction was with Jaspal, who abruptly ended the call before I even finished speaking. His priority seemed to be sending an invoice rather than understanding my needs. Customer service: Terrible. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a simple email. Communication: Awful. No updates, no empathy, no explanations, and no real action. Legal services: Nonexistent. They lack genuine employment law knowledge and seem to think throwing around a few legal terms qualifies them as employment solicitors. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Save your money and go to a reputable firm that truly values its clients.

Sep 28,2024AVOID at all costs. Worst firm I have ever dealt with. I wish there is a zero star option to give. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. Legal services: Zero star, these guys don't have employment knowledge, they think that using few legal terms will make them employment solicitors. Honesty: zero star, we agreed on a price for the work on the call and then they increased the price that we agreed on the call in a great amount trying to take advantage of my situation. Overall extremely bad experience. Save your money and find a true reputable firm that treats their customers well.
