Jul 23,2020I had a very negative experience with Hatton James. They were not prompt in responding to e-mails and when on the phone it appeared that there was always an argument in the background. Whilst I cannot fault their legal advice, I nevertheless got a negative feel and did not feel 'cared for' or 'looked after'.

Nov 17,2021My wife was dealing with a work issue but sadly passed away before it could be concluded. I then took over and had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth he was faultless and I can not thank him enough. I know Gareth found this hard to deal with as my wife was only 42, in the end I made the decision to take a settlement Gareth was confident he would win the case and I have no doubt he would of. The whole team communicate very well and give excellent advice, I thank them all for there support over the last 6 months.
